Would not stay here again. Arrived for check in, was told they were sold out. Then they magically had a room that needed to be cleaned after I threw a fit. Was not the room I booked. Booked 2 queens and was given a king and a sofa bed. No extra sheets for the sofa bed. 1 bath towel for two people. No phone in the room to even call for sheets. Had to track down housekeeping because there wasn’t a phone and we weren’t given room keys because the machine was down. Remote to the tv didn’t work. Only 1 lamp in the room worked, the other bedside lamp was just for show as there wasn’t even a spot to plug it in. Overall terrible experience and I’d never recommend.

The check-in process was probably the worst there is $100 hold that they have to do for incidentals that wasn’t listed online. Yet I’m confused what they use it for we went through three rooms before I gave up and stayed in the final from broken air conditioners, moldy bathrooms, toilets running, water damage in paintings. Questionable stains all over carpets, overwhelming smell of marijuana everywhere. Blood stain in sheets. Front desk staff was rude and unwilling to help with anything. Pool was OK, hot tub wasn’t that nice or hot and made us all itchy.

My room smelt like a dirty wet dog. The wall paper was coming off the wall, dirty, treatment and service was awful,I checked out early. I was told I would be refunded my money for the two days I reserved the room for. But the whole amount was taken out of my account. I was up there because my wife was having to have surgery for colon cancer at the Cleveland Clinic. These people don’t care the condition of these rooms at all because they figure you have to stay no matter the condition of the rooms or price. Needless to say I spent $400 to go sit in my car for the night.

Right off the back there is no lighting from the road giving direction into parrking lot. Then we could not get a handicap room which was needed and requested when previously booked and paid for. One of only two elevators were working and had trash on the floor and was making noise as to a breakdown. Our floor had dirty towels in the doorways. Our room carpet had big stains and looked extremly old, like the hallways. Our mini frige did not work and we had food that went uneatable the next morning. There was no free continental breakfast.
