The bed was very uncomfortable. We had to turn the mattress so I wouldn’t roll off the side by the night stand.

No breakfast wouldn’t eat it if they did offer breakfast

I had to switch rooms due to horrible smell of mildew and roaches strange man was looking through my window micro wave smell so bad I couldn’t put my food inside of it to heat it awful hotel

It needs upgrades-the sink was cracked, tub discolored and the door moved even when dead bolted!

The location is beautiful. It's so pretty out there that I almost don't want to give it props because I don't want the hotel to raise the price. It was around $135 total for my stay and man, I expected a typical "roach motel" but it was so chill.

According to a coworker that was traveling with me, the netflix on the TV was having trouble staying connected to the streaming service. The hotel was sold out for a few events in the area so I assume a ton of people and people in the surrounding hotels were on all on various wifi connections, stuff happens, no big deal. It worked fine after a little while.

My room was smoke free but smelled like smoke. Beds were uncomfortable. Had to buy air fresheners. Roaches was in bathroom. Killed several. Just very unpleasant. For the amount I paid for a week stay. Tv kept shutting off.

I didn’t like anything from this property the room 113 wasn’t clean at all the dust was everywhere I turned the air conditioner on and blew the dust to my face I got sick👎👎🥶 in the room and the heat wasn’t working . and I told the office people to change my room to the king size I thought If change to that will be fine but it was worse more than,the new room they changed me 128 air conditioner was broke parts falling off and widow blinds falling down my 4 days stay was badly nobody came to change bed 🛏️ or give me a new bath towel I will never go back to stay in that hotel Red Roof

Comfortable/sheets looked like they had blood stain which we didn’t notice til we were going to go to bed. We ended up leaving. Room also smelled like weed.

The stay was decent but not very clean. For example, on the sheets and toilet seat there were stains. However, did appreciate the bath and shower gel as well as liquid soap in the bathroom.

Breakfast could have been offered as in cereal and pastries. This facility only offered tea and coffee.

It was in a very convenient area

When I checked into my room my TV had a hole in it my sink was broken my toilet was broken my tub was dripping paint was peeling beds were uncomfortable and I left for a minute to get something to eat and when I come back I had somebody in my room that I didn't give permission to be in my room

The beds were small we were told at the booking it was queen beds they were full size. I asked for adjoining rooms when I booked and didn’t get them. A member of the staff was smoking weed around the front desk area. Smallest bathrooms ever. The trimming on the wall kept falling off. No remote or phone in the room.

The room was disgusting. Upon entering it smelled like old cigarettes and urine. There were cigarettes burn holes in the pillowcases, blankets, and sheets. There were mysterious stains on everything. Holes in the walls that were patched up with a bad patch job. Bathroom door handle was hanging by a thread, pecans all over the floor, flickering lights, some lights weren’t even working. I’m a super low maintenance traveler, and travel frequently for work so I’ve stayed in many a decent low key place and this was the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed in. I’ve seriously never left a place due to it being unstayable. Also the cops were called from other people staying there and had arrived within the 20 mins I was standing there afraid to touch anything or sit anywhere and decided to book another place and return my keys to the front desk. Sketchy people staying there, sketchy staff. There was a very nice man trying to run the place by himself at the front desk who I feel so sorry for, he couldn’t have been older than 23. Unfortunately the female I called back later to check up on my refund wasn’t so nice, and I work on phones for a living so I’m always very pleasant even when people aren’t pleasant to me. She wouldn’t check the status of my refund, until I had to ask her 3 times. Then she finally gave me confirmation of it, I said thank you so much for checking, and she hung up. lol I never give bad reviews, but I do think it’s important people do not book here going forward.

I don't like being lied too I'm Old I ask for 1st floor didn't try to accommodate. Then I complained at checkout. I was told I would get a refund 😐 Didn't. I have told everyone never to stay there! Lies Lies. Never Return 😡😡😡

Air Conditioner worked great. Quiet.

There was NO trash can in the room. Only one, very dim, light bulb was functioning in the bathroom. Almost totally dark. No non-skid appliques in bottom of tub. VERY SLICK/SLIPPERY. I am disabled and had a difficult time trying to stand steadily in the tub while showering. DEFINITELY a Safety Issue.

This Red Roof is well maintained, located up on a hill, it offers a nice view of the surrounding area. Lovely landscaping, nice pet/smoking area at the rear of property. Rooms clean and visually pleasing. Furniture in good shape, not shabby. The staff/personnel were pleasant and accomodating. A variety of eating establishments within walking distance which is When I come back out to the Cleveland area I will definitely book a room here at the Red Roof.

I did not like how the housekeeping staff did not knock before entering, I also didn’t like how there’s no top sheet for the insert comforter that’s on the bed ,if it’s not being change every room cleaning it needs to have a top and bottom sheet and room cleanness was not good upon check in

My room was filthy including a former guests wendies cup and cigarette buts even tho this is advertised as a non smoking hotel, really the whole thing had a level of filth that was just unpleasant especially after a long day of travel, I was also very woken up at ~9:30 by housekeeping (checkout time is 11) to ask if I was checking out, this was unpleasant as I had gotten in late the night before and had trouble getting to sleep because of how upset I was over the condition of the room
