The location was perfect for us. The staff was great, the breakfast was great. The beds were disappointing - they sagged and - with my wife's and my arthritis - our backs were aggravated. They also didn't clean the room and they could use a ventilation in the bathroom.

The hotel and staff were wonderful. The room was clean and smelled great. The front desk attendant was very nice and accommodating. The facilities and breakfast were outstanding! I will definitely stay here again when in the area.

The staff was so loud and disrespectful outside of our room. They were having the loudest conversations outside of our room 115. If you get this room be prepared not to sleep in past 8 because they don't care. I won't book here again .

Elevator was not working. They moved us from third floor to second floor. We were told all of the rooms had been booked before they did this. Also we were promised a discount for not having elevator use and we did not get one. Page stains on the ceiling that looked like water spots. Dirty vents where the heat and air came out. Shower had rust stain. Room did not look like pic. Charging stations did not work. Plus the maid came into our room while I was taking a shower. Will not use Expedia again and will not stay at this brand hotel again. Place looks like it could use a good scrub.

Staff was great. Room was a good size and clean but we hated the sliding bathroom door- didn't feel like you had privacy when using the bathroom. No recyclable cans in the room to use for water bottles. Great location and updated, close to restaurants and main roads.

We checked in quite late, front desk was cheerful and the process was quick and easy. Room and common areas were clean and quiet, morning breakfast was well-stocked with plenty of options and again... very clean and well operated. A great choice for a value hotel needed for a night or a few. Would return.

Was just outside the busyiness of Cleveland but a short distance so the drive and price made it a way better option. Easy on and off hwy. Beautiful large clean rooms, very nice breakfast and great service. Would definitely go back!

Although there were not a lot of breakfast options what was available was very good. My only compliant was that we were there from Friday-Monday and, not only did no one clean our room, but there were no trash cans large enough in the lobby for us to use to throw things away so that we could clean the room ourselves. On the plus side there was a great supply of towels in our room.

Check in went smoothly and staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was clean and the kids had a great time in it. Room was clean and comfortable. Loved that it had a nightlight in the bathroom. Breakfast had a wide variety of items and the area was clean. Bathrooms in the lobby were spacious, clean and had feminine supplies if needed.
