The room was clean.

Staff when we arrived and at breakfast were not great! Check in man was hard to hear and very slow. He didn’t seem to know what he was doing. We were given a sheet with information that said we had breakfast in the morning and asked where it was, and he just pointed. When we came down for breakfast, nothing promised was there! My husband went to the front desk where the employee was sleeping! He asked if she was putting out breakfast and she walked around the corner and brought out a basket of packaged cold muffins then dumped them in a basket. Then got a box of granola bars. There were no hard boiled eggs, fruit or yogurt that are clearly listed as available. No explanation! Will not stay here again!

Disappointed

Location was good.

It was very unclean especially the floors. Nats everywhere and dead ones in the sink and toilet. Then the fire alarm went off at 1 in the morning. It would have been nice to have been contacted by staff to let us know if we needed to evaluate or not. The fire department came and left quickly so I just assumed everything was ok. Not staying again. Oh, and the toilet kept running. Ugh

A quiet, comfortable room with virtually no amenities and a substantial deposit on arrival

Very clean and a very congenial staff.

Towel changeovers were paid options. The appliances were good; there were no plates, silverware, cups or glasses. The breakfast was deplorable: coffee, instant oatmeal, and a few energy bars.

Affordable but disappointing service and accommodations.

The location was perfect, bed was comfortable and the price was affordable.

Our rooms toilet ran the entire time we were there, the tv remote was a universal remote that didn’t work at all. Very disappointed that the pool was closed/empty and we weren’t informed. Lastly the breakfast was completely disappointed, the only option we had was coffee and muffins. Not sure if this is a property we will visit again.

The room was is moderate disrepair. The door to the room was loose at the hinges and was hard to shut and even harder to lock. Lots of damaged area of the walls throughout the hotel and the room. We indicated 5 people checking in but there was only one set of towels and no bedding for the hide-a-bed. I was made to go and retrieve all these items myself. The advertised “available breakfast” consisted of a handful of sad granola bars and terrible coffee which I couldn’t even drink. The lobby of the hotel smelled of cannabis and the front desk attendant spoke to me with a full mouth of food.

American Road Trip

The beds were comfy and the staff were helpful and professional. The hotel is convenient for several restaurants and the one we went to on our second night was within walking distance.

The fact that you would have to pay for the room to be tidied if you stayed for less than 8 days. The floor could have been cleaner. Tea and coffee making facilities are advertised along with a hairdryer but you have to ask for them at reception and the coffee machine was unavailable our first night. More choice at breakfast.

Walk in switched my room without being asked her aware walk in open the fridge it falls on me and water is everywhere form the fridge… blood all over blanket!!! It was horrible I will never ever stay again.. no towels no shampoo nothing it was horrible

You have to bring your own towels down to the desk to get new towels Any there are no utensils for the kitchen. You have to put a deposit down and check them out and pack them up and bring them back. There’s no dish dishwashing soap there’s no sponges no paper towel towels nothing available at the hotel Our door had a big strip down the middle of it taken out Keys had to be redone three times There was absolutely no service at all, not even a phone in the room They closed down the pool It kind of feels like you’re in a prison

Outdated insides. There are unsaid charges at arrival for the plates, pots and pans. Breakfast was grab and go snack. Not a breakfast selection. Pool is permanently closed. Vending machine in middle doesn’t work. Staff knows but say they aren’t responsible so take a risk. Walls are paper thin! You heard every door close on your floor and every elevator ding if close to your room.(We were in room 14 on our floor). Pull out couch is not meant for sleeping, you sink into the 4in mattress 😩

I paid too much for the experience that I had.

I like the location of the property.

I booked my stay months in advance with an on site pool being part of my criteria for booking this specific hotel. The property permanently closed the pool about a month before my stay and did not inform me of this change. There was a family staying across the hall from me who were loud and disruptive screaming and running down the halls well past 3 am with no regard to the other patrons.

There were a few things broken that we asked them to look at. We were told they would, we got back from kite concert and they still weren’t fixed. One being the sink stopper that wouldn’t go up so the sink was half full of water. The second being the smoke detector has a bad batty and it flashed a white light all night that light up the room There was no sleeping

The 7-day cleaning cycle is unsanitary! The room was not well swept when we arrived. The air conditioning remote was damaged and left under the bed. I left it there (Room 604) as I found it.

The assistant manager was a liar and unprofessional, if you have service dog’s I wouldn’t suggest going to this extended stay, go to the one in Beachwood where they don’t knock on your doors every morning to get your dog’s upset like Shay Spooney at the extended stay in Independence and then complain that the dog’s was barking, my daughter was in the room with our dogs and reported to me what happened, plus stated that when she took the dog’s out she ran into the assistant manager and she acted as if she was scared of our two small dogs 🙄

Nothing we wanted to leave the same night but could not book another hotel till next day

They have this air freshener that has the worst smell and the whole hotel smelled terrible, the guy that checked us in was non existent for 20 minutes while trying to check in got there they wanted an extra deposit on top of hotel cost then wanted to charge for the stuff that is supposed to come in the room like plates, cups, coffee pot, pans and wanted to charge for extra towels. We have stayed in an extended stay before and it was amazing this one was horrible

Pool is permanently closed. Don't advertise that you have one if you don't. Fitness center has one working machine out of four, and it was unbearably hot. Obviously not cleaned often. There are too many air fresheners being used throughout the building. The "breakfast" was disappointingly bare bones with the smallest yogurts ice ever seen. The owners provide a sheet upon check-in that makes it clear they don't really like their guests and any violation of the "rules" will get you kicked out. The floors in the room need a good cleaning. They are filthy.

I visited Cleveland clinic. Stayed for one night. The hotel charged upfront additional $108 as security deposit. The room smelled awfully. I complained but stayed. And as I checked out they dud not refund the deposit stating that I must have smoked. I never smoked in my entire life. Awful. Tried to complained without any responses.

There was a half smoked cigarette on the sofa. The room smelled like smoke. Said it was 2 queens, but the beds are full size and uncomfortable. One of the two rooms we had the thermometer didn't work. Only one elevator was working . . . 1.5 years ago when we stayed here the same elevator was out of order.
