Breakfast was pretty standard but good. Pool was extra cool

Loud children and families up to midnight and beyond floor 2

Smelled fresh , very clean and quiet despite all the kids because of pool

The breakfast option could’ve been better , bistro was to high for the portions they were saling ..wish it was late adult hours only til midnight for pool and jacuzzi

We booked through Booking.com for a 4 person room and when I arrived they gave us a king with no sofa bed. Booking clearly stated it was a 4 person room. Bed and 2 person roll out couch. Courtyard grudgingly fixed it by reluctantly giving us the room we actually booked. There was a mismatch somewhere - either Booking screwed up or Courtyard. I didn't really care who - I'm upset with both. I have booked with Booking.com dozens of times and am usually amazed at how accurate is the match between the booking and the actual accommodation. However, either Booking screwed up, making them less reliable; or Courtyard screwed up, making them a bad partner for Booking.

I like that we can open the window for fresh air. Also like the laundry facilities.

Rooms could be a little bigger, with a bigger fridge that actually has space to put food and drinks. I was constantly picking contents up from the floor when I opened the door.

The room was clean and spacious. Carl greeted us right away when we checked in and was super friendly. We had an issue in the first room we were given but Carl moved us without hesitation to another room.

The bed was a little bit firm for my liking.

The staff was nice the hotel was clean quiet and relaxing the hrs for the pool I love because it gave me and my family time in with out a lot of kids or people

The water is $5 over priced no microwave in rooms the hot tub jets doesn’t make bubble it’s like the pressure is off but still want say I would come back

If they had my reservation when I arrived and didn’t have to wait 45 minutes to get one when I had booked it with booking back in March and then over charged me by almost $200.00 At checkout will never us either anymore

The controls for the hot tub by the pool didn’t seem to work and other than that it was okay.

Found a bed bug in my bed alive and killed it. On the second bed was another dead carcus smashed on the side of the mattress. Called front desk and was given some dodgey story about bugs in the mulch look like bed bugs and then was actually accused of planting it. I did not ask for anything other than how to make sure the bugs don't come home in our stuff. I get people suck but the one stuck to the other bed could not have been planted. We were given a clean room but completely traumatized and very offended by accusations and will never recommend or revisit this chain.

I payed for a king size bed room and got a queen size bed so not worth the $210 for one night. there was no microwave in room and no balcony. priced way too high! I would not be staying there again for that price!

The hotel staff was very friendly. Our room was very quiet which was just what we needed.

I liked the room, the cleaniness, the balcony really loved it. The decoration is nice and warm, cozy.

I did not like the fact that I had to pay for bottles of water. I never seen that in a hotel room. Never in my life and I have been to a lot of hotels. I had to go to the lobby to get water for a price that was crazy to me. Sorry but water is vital and there should be water bottles provided in the room fridge. I am not even talking about soft drinks or alcohol. To me its the minimum. I mean we pay a pretty average to high price nightly, I can't think that providing water bottles would put the hotel company in a hole. No, this was unbelievable to me and I am a very rational person so I really don't think I am exaggerating. There is a hotel pretty close that I almost booked but it was only because of business It was better to be at courtyard and at that hotel not only I am sure they provide water bottles and other drinks in the fridge but the breakfast was included in their price.

our stay was Terrible. this was planned as a very special and rare night for my husband and myself. we booked the room to have alone time away from the kids at home. instead we listened to two hours straight of significant disturbances in the hallways and the rooms directly across from us. there were rude, inconsiderate and disruptive group of teenagers treating the hotel like a free for all. my husband complained to the front desk and was told someone would come up. after 30 minutes of no resolution, my husband had to confront the teens on two separate occasions to quiet down. he was naturally upset and this ruined our entire stay and evening. the mood was already completely destroyed and irreversible. we could of stayed home and had more peace and quiet bc our kids don’t even act this way. we had already drank alcohol so neither one of us could drive or else we would of made the 40 min trip back home. I went down to the front desk and was offered a new room but it was already 1030 and our stay was already not salvageable so spending the next half hour moving all of our stuff and packing up again was just not ideal. we were I messaged the property manager twice about this issue after our stay bc we should be given a refund or at least a credit but I never received any response. I messaged booking.com too and nope no response. never again will I stay here and we use hotels often between work and perosnal use. I am even considering using another service for booking since booking.com couldn’t even bother to respond to my complaint

Hotel is clean and secure. It was quiet. Convenient location.

I specifically reserved a room with a sofa bed and when I arrived at little before 5pm I asked at check in to confirm ans was told I have a sofa bed inthe room. When I got to the room there was a single chair. I called the desk and was told "you get whatever is avaliable upon your arrival". So much getting what I reserved! Front desk lady was not truthful. My bill was messed up. They were not able to provide me with an itemized receipt because the person who stayed in the room before me had not been checked out. Desk personnel were unable fully correct it and said they needed a manager to do. The manager was late coming in and they did know when she would arrive. I had to leave but did eventually get an itemized receipt emailed to me later that day.
