Home2 disappointment

Close to what we needed to conduct our business in the area

The back lot door closest to our room did not unlock from the outside with the digital key, had to walk around the building. The fire alarm had a false alarm in the middle of the night. This is the second time this has happened at Home2 for us at two separate locations. The breakfast attendant put sausage gravy in the oatmeal warmer. Imagine the surprise when you put blueberries in the grave, then realize that it’s not oatmeal at all.

Bed was comfy

No one said anything about having to pay a deposit when we got to the hotel. We had paid for the hotel beforehand, so the fact that since “we booked 3rd party” we had to pay additional. This is very frustrating when you’ve been traveling all day to get to the hotel to check in with these problems. If someone was solo traveling and didn’t have the extra funds to provide more money to the hotel, knowing they already paid for a stay. Why would this hotel be listed on a 3rd party if they make you pay a deposit to check in.

Just about Perfect for us.

Very clean. Room and bathroom were spacious and well thought out. Breakfast was great. Staff was amazing! Very helpful.

Please add oatmeal to your breakfast. Most places have it and was surprised it wasn’t there. Mattress may need to be replaced. Very soft and sloping to the middle. Pillows need to be replaced. Clumpy.

I love this hotel and I will be back again!

This is simply a great hotel for business or pleasure trips. I have used this particular hotel twice. The property is very clean and modern. My suite had a full-size microwave and dishwasher. The refrigerator had ample space. The bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious. The breakfast area was nice and had a ample selection of both hot and cold breakfast foods. Even though I didn't use them, the fitness area and pool looked nice as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

I can't really think of anything negative to say about this hotel. The only thing I can think of is that I prefer bar-type shower soap than the shower gel they supplied. That's about it.

It is a good place to stay a couple of nights

The room size was fine but to take into account that we took the largest room as planned for a long stay. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is fine with a car - any city point is accessible in 15-20 minutes (but no way to stay there without a car). The road system of Cleveland works very well.

The air conditioner system could not be turned off. It was very noisy and annoying. This was the main issue of our stay. The bed is queen size only - it is small for two. However, it is in the description ) I would expect not only a microwave for suits but a kitchen. However, I should read the description better )

The layout of the room was great. We also like the sink being in the bathroom and not out by itself. The rolling table was useful also.

The water in the shower was either scalding (really) or cold. We called about it and we think they did something to the controls because we could then get a tepid temp. The tv had a really poor selection of channels and had no way to get streaming channels.

It was a nice getaway I will be back but I hope the pool area is better.

It was so comfortable.

The pool area was completely COLD! The temperature in the pool room was low (no heat) so we couldn’t enjoy the pool it was ICE cold… And why is it taking so long for my Hold on my card to refund me because the room was $210 online and when I arrived on site my card was charged $360+ dollars..

I am delighted with the service of the hotel.

The hotel's location is moderate, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

There is no wifi in the room, and the front desk staff patiently tried to assist but tried many times to no avail. It would be easier for motorists if there were signs before the W Creek Rd turn left into the hotel.

They charged me $150 for having to vacuum confetti from a busted balloon. they accused me of having a party although my room was on the first floor near the main desk. But, my room had things left behind from previous desk behind nightstands
