I have stayed here many times as the location is close to a work meeting. It's a quiet location. Staff members are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is basic but fine and varies a bit day to day. The Wifi worked very well for my laptop but not on my iPhone - not sure why. The bed was comfortable with good bedding.

The room was generally clean. But I noticed that the bedside table shelf was sticky. When I wiped it with damp tissues, the tissues were black. And the windows were hard to see through.

I was in town to drop off a friend for procedures at Cleveland Clinic. The location was convenient.

The entire staff was excellent, especially Erica. She is a top-notch customer care representative. The lobby seating was comfortable, and the pass keys were great. Many hotels' pass keys are glitchy or even malfunction.

I recommend benches outside the exits. Access to the outdoors and a place to sit are essential for people who are not accustomed to living in a confined space.

Overall, I was very pleased with the room.

The beds in the room were very comfortable. The pillows were very comfortable, as well. The shower was very satisfactory. And I appreciated that it had a refrigerator.

The only thing I was not pleased with was two of the USB ports under the lamps near the beds did not work. When I went to put my USB port in, it did not snag. It was very loose.

My travel experience with Hampton Inns is consistently good! It's why I usually look for one first when I make reservations. Room at this facility was clean, comfortable, accommodating, quiet. Beds, bedding were very comfortable. Amenities very good (coffee maker, TV hair dryer, ample USB and electrical outlets positioned where you can use them! Dressing mirror well placed, bathroom well appointed & clean. Good TV reception, program choices.

Internet service was virtually non-functional! Over five days, I was never able to successfully log on and maintain a viable connection! I had to use the cellular ‘hot spot’ capabilities of my iPhone to connect via my tablet computer! No matter where I was (third floor suite or main floor dining room), the connection was terrible! Nowadays, Internet service is VERY important to guests! I have no problem connecting with my devices anywhere else! Shouldn’t advertise that there is “Internet Service” if it’s that poor! If not for this issue, my rating would be excellent across the board! There were two cushioned, backless seats with casters on the bottom that can be used to sit on while dressing, etc, and permit gliding around on the floor. The only problem is, if you sit near the edge of them, they can easily tip over! I experienced this a few times; once they nearly let me fall forward towards a desk!

it was adequate, not the best of Hampton Inn’s we stayed in the past.

Friendly staff, room was clean

our room was on the first floor right next to the exit door and utility room. VERY noisy with people coming and going, doors slamming. Parking was just outside our window as well. Staff must’ve suspected we weren’t happy because they called our room right after we got in, asking if everything was ok. Hmmmm ????

This property was a good value and pleasant stay for us.

The location was very convenient for our visit. We have stayed at this property in the past and have never been disappointed--we weren't this time either. The ability to open the window in the room was a nice touch. I enjoyed the variety in the breakfasts.

The only glitch in our stay concerned to key cards. We had to have each if the two cards reprogrammed once, but after that they both worked well. The front desk staff handled the task with good cheer.

Comfortable stay

The location is perfect as the hotel is near the freeway but tucked back in a quiet area. The staff members are friendly, the room is comfortable and quiet and the wifi works well. Breakfast is basic but fine. The hotel is close to restaurants for dinner.
