Our stay at the hotel was not very pleasant and we will not be back.

The front desk staff was very friendly.

Our room was not very clean. We had 3 adults staying in the room and there was only 1 k-cup for coffee. There was no microwave, the curtain was broken and the room wasn’t very fresh or clean. We didn’t have any sheets, blankets or pillows for the pull out sofa. We had to call down to the desk for them to bring us up some and it took them 45 minutes. The carpet in the hallways and our room was bunched up and it was a tripping hazard. It was definitely not worth the price of the room. We would not stay here again!

Good place, Nice and Clean

The location was great, easy on and off the freeway, 20 minutes from downtown where everything was located. Lots of restaurants on this street. There is a restaurant inside of the Holiday Inn called Michael Grill, They served breakfast buffet, if you book breakfast make sure the receptionist give you a breakfast coupon, for the days of your stay, I didn't know this and I got charged on my first day, the second day the hostess at the restaurant told me. So I went to the desk and told them and I got the coupons, Also the hostess went over and beyond and talk to the receptionist to help clear my fee. The staff is very helpful. There is a bar and music and food at the facility, This place is very clean. My room had a small fridge, a microwave, and a keurig cofee maker, room comes with coffee pods, sugar and creamer packages, and the housekeeper will refill if you ask them to.

On the weekday breakfast should be served longer than 10AM, I don't have any complaints, and I stayed 4 days

Not so good for a Holiday inn hotel!

Not sure whether to blame Booking.com for false advertising or to blame the hotel. King bed with a sofa wasn't enough for 3 adults and a baby! Sofa was supposed to convert to a bed but it didn't! Also, the breakfast is not worth it. Cold coffee and surprisingly they don't serve cinnamon rolls at this location!

We LOVED LOVED LOVED nightclub Impulse. Fun place and danced alot! Please keep this lounge! Holiday Inn got rid of the wonderful hotel Holiday Inn in Perrysburg, Ohio with the J. Patrick lounge. We were ultimately disappointed at the closure of the lounge and the most beautiful hotel I ever stayed at. We live in Michigan and no hotels here have a lounge so we were excited to be at the Cleveland Holiday Inn Express. What a great experience! We will be back over and over especially if you keep the Impulse Lounge!

Not enough wall outlets near the bed. The bed covered the one we needed for the CPap machine. We literally had to pull the bed out to get to it. 😕

First and foremost you all do not have any complimentary anything at that hotel the parking was horrible the events that you all have going on have outside people coming in taking up parking spaces from the people who are paying for the rooms they're at your hotel. And to add a little bit more towards the complimentary to charge that type of price your customer should be able to have some type of complimentary coffee somewhere covid was in 2020 5 years ago

Very clean, neat and staff were great. The $150 deposit per room is excessive.

The rooms were nicely updated and the beds were amazing comfortable.

I didn’t like that the pull out sofa has no mattress cover nor was it ready for use. I also didn’t like the fact the charge a $150 deposit for the room on top of full payment.

Room was not that clean. Air conditioner noisy, no cleaning service for spending 2 nights Did not even make bed or clean towels. Ice machine broke and soda vending machine empty. Called front desk and they told us to go 5th floor for ice and go over to Candlestone behind them to get soda. We were put in the hall of their convention sellers and it was noisy all night with them selling out of their rooms. I was given a $30 credit against my bill, but would not stay there again. I was told by desk when I checked out that they do not do room service for an overnight stay. We stayed two nights. Not just overnight.

Nice hotel in a convenient area

Shell at the front desk was amazing, friendly and informative. Our room was comfortable and clean and quiet.

The only complaint we had was the bar wasn’t open during our stay and neither was the coffee bar the next morning. Otherwise an excellent stay.
