Secluded at top of hill, quiet, nice.

The area

The elevator was down..my bathroom hadn’t been clean properly I asked the front desk person to have someone come clean after he was done making his personal phone call on his cell phone he said ok and it was never done…had to ask numerous times for towels because none was in room upon arrival. Toilet was dirty upon arrival just overall was not satisfied at all!!

I usually have no problems with the hotel

My car got stolen and I was unable to keep my room deposit and pay for extra day due to having to Uber to add money to my card. No hot water in shower.

Staff was good. Bed was comfy.

We had to pay extra to check in early . We had to pay for breakfast. WE ASKED FOR A CONJOINED ROOM- this was a specific thing and a must to book and our rooms were not conjoined. The workout area was dirty, no water and no towels for my workout. The bathrooms had mold and the carpets were ripped.

The hallways looked dirty. We went to the bar around 7:30 and waited for a seat like the sign said but no one came over. The employee seemed more interested in sweeping the floors so we left.

I was able to be accommodate at the last minute for such an important need for my child and I to stay.

The fact that getting into the room. There was food in the fridge. There were clothes in the drawers. I didnt like that there were no additional sheets for the sofa bed. We were told to come and get them. I feel that should be asked at check in if we need sheets if there is another person staying in room. The front desk person would and or should know. Or just simply ask And then the guest can take them then. Just bad customer care / consideration. The door to the outside was not locked so anyone could get in the building from any door. The signed read door locks but it didn't. That is another reason I didnt feel safe nor comfortable. I did not want to go to the front desk at 1130 at night anyone could have been coming in those said doors that were supposed to be locked. I don't think I would stay again.I would try my best not to. However, if I need to I will be sure to ask for a second set of sheets before I leave front desk. I would also make sure once I got in my room and got comfortable. I would check the drawers and fridge and contact front desk. I didnt this time because of my daughter she didn't want me to go.out the room , or leave her. So it would a last resort.

Breakfast was bad! Everything was warm at best. Limited selections for a buffet. Elevator and hallway reeked of marijuana!

Night clerk Corinna was most accommodating, however

Key cards constantly didn’t work, hot tub unsatisfactory in depth & sanitation, never got a phone in room , constantly calling HQ only to find mgr dropping the ball in communication ! Expected a better standard !

Very nice property. Staff was welcoming. Great price. The housekeeping was okay. The cleanliness of the room as far as dusting and wiping down could be been better. 9/10

The furniture is dated. Gave me an issue trying to check out at noon, even being a rewards member.

Shower wasn’t getting warm/hot. Told front desk. Maintenance said there was a part that needed to be ordered for the shower head. We were not offered a different room. The next morning, the people in the room next to us were fighting VERY loudly, so I went and requested a new room with a working shower. I was given a new room. This room had a toilet that would run on its own!🙄 Also, the elevators were a little scary. They took forever to respond to service. They made horrible scraping noises and one broke down during our stay. Lastly, I don’t know how you would address this, but there was a constant odor of marijuana on almost every floor! The first floor was the least affected.

It was secluded so I really liked that

I booked at king room an the door wouldn’t open an they had to put me in a room with two small beds I didn’t like that at all

The air conditioner had no knobs to control it,toilet didn't work, the telephone had no cord ,the room was beyond the ,pit the worst, room i have ever stayed in .you just lost a customer will never use you hotel's again the place was a,real dump I'm surprised you never inspected it buy corporate

Nothing real dump charge that amount of money for a,dump better off staying at Comfort inn or sleep inn won't 🤔 happen again

The room was nice and the TV worked well, but unfortunately the remote didn’t work. When I requested a replacement, maintenance wasn’t on site and the host mentioned there were no spare remotes available.

The room felt outdated and the cleanliness could be improved. There was no shampoo provided in the bathroom, and the TV remote didn’t work.

Great price. Nice housekeepers. Good location. Had waste bag station for pets. Elevator was a plus.

Some of the staff was rude at times. Outside pool was closed. The couch had an unpleasant odor. Site says there is free breakfast but there is not.

Appeared to be renovated poorly. No shower curtain in room. Beds not comfortable. Furniture was old and all marked up. Old crusty food and crumbs on floor underneath furniture.

Great location. Nice lobby. Lots of parking. Pool seemed nice. Breakfast and supper buffet were available for a price.

Dirty carpet and floors in room. Elevator floors were filthy. NO trash pickup or new towels ever, despite management promises. Only one checkin person available at busy times. Little coffee for in room machine. Phone light stayed on for hours.

The location was great and the front desk service was great. I recommend pre check-in online. Free parking was awesome and it was nice that you could walk to several near by restaurants and bars.

The outdoor pool was closed and we were looking forward to that. The room was pretty outdated but the bed was comfortable. The elevator needs some maintenance sounds and runs very bad, I did not feel safe in it.

Breakfast was too expensive. I have never stayed in a hotel that charged for a continental breakfast. We didn’t get our room keys until almost 10:00 pm because when we got there at 4:00 pm our room wasn’t ready.

The front entrance was totally dark. No lighting in the parking lot or at the front door.

Not much honestly! We got there and were afraid we weren’t going to get our reservation cause they were overbooked, but luckily I booked enough in advance! They turned away like 5 people AFTER us!

Not much! The woman told us to park by door 3 and we would be close to our room. She should have told us door 4, as it was much closer! Unknowledgeable staff at check in. Seemed very confused and new!
