The lady at the front desk gave a duplicate key to other customers of my room number. So while I was getting dressed they walked in my room. Highly disappointed!! Never will stay at this location again. How do you give strangers a key to where I am? Terrible.

The price. But ...you pay for what you get. And yet the staff was friendly pleasant and helpful.

The dirty walls, dirty floors, ripped and worn out furniture and broken handles, dirty rooms, dust, cobwebs, no amenities at all.

The room was dirty. The sink clogged up and wouldn’t drain. The cover was thin. The shower was dirty. They had a frame up where a picture should’ve been but was just cardboard. It didn’t give the comfort vibe at all.

I did not like anything about this hotel except for the tall light skin male employee. He was very helpful

I did not like how the rooms look way better on the internet than in person.I did not like how the side door to get into the building was always unlocked so anyone can come in and out. I did not like how the hallways looked dirty. The walls in the room look dirty; as if they hadn't been cleaned/washed in years. I checked into my room around 2;15pm. My toilet in my room did not flush. the very first time I flushed it, all the water came up instead of going down. I called front desk to have maintenence attend to the situation. After they 'fixed' it, I used the bathroom a second time and the same exact thing happened. The toilet didn't flush and all the water came back up instead of going down. At this point I want a new Room or a 100% refund. The female staff employee accidentally charged my card for some one else's room and charged another guest's card to my room. So I was standing at the front desk for almost 2 hours waiting to get my money back. They were saying that they didn't see my transaction at all on the computer. It was a lot going on but the tall skinny light skin guy was very nice and caring with my situation regardless of everything that was going on.

Nothing. I booked for a two night stay and checked out a day early due to the conditions of the hotel.

The room was extremely dirty. Stains on the carpet horrible smell. Bathroom was not in good condition at all. Just not an enjoyable experience for me personally.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected based on the pictures and descriptions provided. Room Condition: Both my room and my brother's room had holes in the doors, which compromised our privacy and security. Cleanliness: The rooms and hallways were not clean, and there was a persistent unpleasant odor throughout the hotel. Safety: The smoke detector in my room was hanging from the ceiling, which is a serious safety concern. Misleading Images: The hotel looked nothing like the pictures advertised online. I hope you will address these issues promptly to ensure future guests do not encounter similar problems. I would appreciate a response regarding how you plan to rectify these issues.

Very trifling . My toilet didn’t work since i check in Friday 4pm they didn’t fix it until 2 hours before check out time Sunday !!! . Very unsanitary . Dirttty toilet seat filthy tables bleach stains in carpet ! Unpleasant smell . Loud obnoxious voices . Staff are terrible at their job ! They were no help my entire stay . Never answered the phone ever

I like that the suites offered a kitchenette and queen 1 bedroom separate from living room

Kitchen was not equipped with utensils or pans, the hallways are not clean, the rooms were not cleaned.. cleaning personnel barely came

I enjoyed my stay and the ladies at the desk was very helpful the stay was peaceful

the property wasn’t clean. was not issued a receipt.Anything needed had to go to front desk just to get extra towels. Hotel need updates. Most of all it seemed to be a transit hotel.

My room was directly across from the housekeepers closer/room so it was constant noise outside in the hallway. Somebody died in the hotel. There wasn't a glass plate inside the microwave. The backdoor wasn't working.

I had to find something last minute and this Hotel did not disappoint. The location was perfect for my family to pick me up and drop me off. I liked the entire room. The size, and the full kitchen area.

I did not like that there was no "Do Not Disturb" signs to hang on the doors when away or sleeping. The bathroom did not have soap holders to wash hands in the sink.
