My room was dated, drafty, and loud. I found hairs in the bed that were clearly not mine or my husband’s. But more than that, I just don’t like the nickel and diming from this allegedly four star property. There’s plenty of parking but you still have to pay $15/night to park in their poorly lit, cramped, poorly maintained garage. This is clearly a deliberate choice, as all of the ample parking in front of the hotel is labeled VALET - so basically, you have to pay extra to have someone else drive your car ten feet in front of the hotel. Breakfast isn’t included. The restaurant is ludicrously overpriced. They charge for wifi even if you’re a Bonvoy member. It’s impossible to reach a human being to get customer service. I left with a bad taste in my mouth and won’t recommend this property to anyone. The experience has made me leery of Westin as a brand.

Yes the room was neglected. I turned on my heat because the room was cold. After waiting for an hour I called the front desk. Maintenance came up ten to fifteen minutes later and said he was just turning on the broilers. My television had to be reset because it only had the company ads on. My bathtub filled up with water when I was taking a shower. I felt that this was a 5 star hotel so why would I not be able to turn on the heat whenever I wanted to because the next day I turned on my heat again and I got no heat. also why would by tub be backed up? Why was there no room service? Why did the staff no know how to direct me to food choices in the area?

The wifi is so terrible. you cannot plan to work or use the internet at all in your room. it cuts out and freezes all the time. I called down to the front desk for assistance and she acknowledged that they'd gotten a lot of calls about it. Also, the carpet in this westin is in extremely gross condition. Feels really shabby in the hallways and common areas.

My room was fine and smelled stale, but the hallway leading to the parking garage smells like dead body and looks like a horror scene. We paid extra to checkout late and had someone walk into our room twice before checkout and there was no knock either time. The lady who checked me in wasn’t very nice or considerate. I was all ready to check in she said she needed to log in and checked someone in before me who just walked up straight to the counter and the lady after me took even longer because she was having a personal conversation with them. The parking is so suspect but I do feel that you should let people know prior to staying that they’ll have to pay for parking regardless of whether or not they use valet. overall I won’t be coming back.

Entering the room it gave a very dark hello. Once inside entered the restroom where I was hit with a strong order of urine. Happy I wore my Meta glasses to record. The furniture was a mess with strange stains on the couch and dresser. The bed had old fur ball blankets but here’s the kicker filled with months of old human facial and skin hair on the mattress. This room used to be great for the price but now not only is it outdated but very disgusting.

Did not care for the room. To start, view (rooftops and parking garage) was disappointing considerung the price. Room smelled like bleach. Tub and bathroom vanity top was stained (very dingy as well). No light in the shower. A/C was very loud. Desk clerks qere very professional, pleasant and helpful...wait staff in the restaurant were equally pleasant, considerate, and proficient.

I did not get the type of room I reserved. The couch in the room I got was broken down and unusable. I did not get free wi-fi and after complaining, the instructions I got made it impossible to get it even at $8/day. There was no room clean-up of any kind between days 1 and 2. It was just generally a disappointing stay.
