Lots of noise and a burned out pot that should have been replaced so the next doesn’t take the blame other than that it would of been perfect I had some kids above me

No creamer for complementary coffee. Also charges a $100.00 room deposit to be refundable within three to five business days if no damages are present to room.

Roach infested

My sister and I stayed here over the weekend, but we honestly only used the room to sleep, so it wasn’t a huge experience for us. Still, we noticed some things upon walking in. The elevator made us a little nervous, and overall the place felt different than the images online. They seemed low on toilet paper, cups, and other basics, and there just weren’t a lot of amenities in the room as is. This is not a five-star establishment, but they seem to do the best they can with limited staff and resources. Would I stay here again? Probably not. But I do appreciate that it was convenient for me at the time and served its purpose for a quick stay.

The staff was nice and helpful. I had a delayed check in because housekeeping was overwhelmed and understaffed. Also for free coffee in morning no cream. The price was good for the room.

I was giving wrong room and I cancel it. I wanted a kitchen it was whole point of the stay. But room was nice but wasn’t what I wanted.

Property was under renovation. Paint fumes, drywall dust in the air, people smoking around side doors. Upon check in I was asked for a $100 deposit which I refused to pay. I booked through Expedia, that was not mentioned. Those with reservations should receive a heads up on the property being renovated; the next day my husband was under going a medical procedure, we both were sneezing and blowing our noses all day. Bathroom sink faucet was extremely loose. Shower was a trickle. We won’t stay at this location again.

Roaches in hotel dont book a room there

Outside looked okay, but when we settled in room for a couple hours we observed roaches crawling around in the room. So we immediately packed up and left the property.

Coming from out of state, expected clothes hangers, iron & board. None in roon. I understood this is a renovated hotel. We had to move to another room due to no outlets were working. This is not the original red roof on Northwestern. Prices are reasonable. Will probably book on next trip to Detroit. Weed smell throughout the building and elevatos.

The Properly Needa To Upgrade Elevation Or At Least Keep Regular Maintenance. THE A/C Didn't Work In My Room And Front Desk Wasn't That Particularly Concerned About It And Didn't Have Any On Staff To Attempt To Fix.

There was a cockroach in the bathroom. Had to sleep with all lights on. Very sketchy people in the halls.

No elevator no breakfast room smells like smoke, halways are dirty, door doesnt close properly.

When we entered the lobby to check in, we found the manager behind the counter and a guest in the lobby yelling, screaming and cursing at each other. We listened to this for few minutes, then decided to leave. However, the manager told us to stay that we could check in shortly. They continued yelling at each other. There was a maintenance person came over to us and took us into a small room off from the lobby. He offered us coffee and a snack. However, we could still hear what was going on in the lobby. Finally, 15 to 20 minutes, it quieted down. We made our way to the desk to check in. The manager apologized for the outburst. I'm not sure that was enough. We were then told they didn't have any rooms available with kitchens. We reserved and paid for a kitchen. He then told us that if we waited for a little bit, he would try to find one. We left and then returned a couple of hours later. They found a room with a kitchen on the second floor. We went up to our room to find it looked as if it was in the process of being remodeled. There we no towel racks in the bathroom, the plumbing under the sink was visible, no counter space on the bathroom sink and no toilet tissue roller.There was also no closet or place to hang clothes. There was no dresser to put clothes in.The kitchen had no counter space.We were told the didn't provide cutlery or dishes any more. There is a sign in the elevator that says they provide fully functional kitchens. We won't be returning to this hotel.

I went to stay in this hotel from the beginning. It was a problem because I have paid almost $500 for a kitchenette king size beds when I got there it wasn’t available. I had to take a 2 beds with a queen size, (which later because the beds were so firm that it started my back problems as well as my family members dealing with pain from laying in the bed. It was also ants in the bed. We would let her find out.) so I kind of just go on with the flow with it. I get into the room maybe about an hour or so later I start seeing ants so I’m just thinking “ it’s cool, just OK two ants it’s gonna be alright”. I was so wrong in the next two days I start seeing ants And as the day went by they started multiplying. Here are some more problems that happen, no gives me heads up on them keeping the room clean that you have to to request that, my room had been dirty for about three days before I found this out. Nobody told me that I needed to bring my own dishes and pots for the kitchen. The bed was horrible. It was never nobody barely at the front desk. I would have to go find them, do not get deceived by the pictures the rest that you see, the rooms barely look like this. I wish I could just give this a half a star, and the sad part about it is I had to stay there because I didn’t know nobody in town it had to be the worst experience ever.

Property was clean. Front desk staff was cordial. There was no hot water available at 9 am. There was no complimentary breakfast as advertised.

Just everything that was stated on the app was not true when you got to the location. It said on the app that check out was at 12 that’s why I stayed but get here and check out is 11 , they also got people hanging all outside. Not a recommended stay I will give it a 6

Property under full construction. Elevator only worked sporadically. They put us on third floor. Room not completed yet. Bathroom faucets were loose, walls still needed painting. One lamp still wrapped in plastic.
