The room was clean and very comfortable during my stay. Also for a first time traveler the front desk workers were very helpful explaining the additional things the hotel offers like the laundry room, little market, & easiest way to my room. Wonderful stay!

Clean room, good parking. Staff was not willing to replenish coffee for kitchen. I used the two packets the first day. I did not know this was an extended stay property. Coffee was available in the lobby.

This was my first time staying at a Candlewood Suite. I was pleasantly surprised. I would recommend this location especially if you are attending an event in the area. The room was very clean. The cost was reasonable as well. Jesse was the afternoon staff who checked me in. He is amazing! I don't know the name of the male who did my checkout, but he was great too.

Staff was friendly, engaging and kind. However the accommodations were just adequate. The room lacked amenities, such as a luggage rack and a side table for dining. Room door lock had issues (solved by employee showing us we had to jiggle the door). This property is a much better fit for a long term stay but for stays of 7 days or less, it didn’t work for us.

Our check-in experience was fantastic. Very kind and helpful staff. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. No complaints on the room itself. The only negative was the fan in the bathroom was rattling. And there was no separate switch for it. So if you turned the light on, the fan also came on which was noisy and kind of annoying. Check-out was super fast. Definitely decent enough for the money. I’d stay again.

This was an excellent stay and they not only allow pets but welcome them. My dog was treated just as warmly as the human guest. We will make this our place to stay when we visit.

There was not an iron in the unit when checked in, mentioned it to the front desk and he came and verified and never came back with one. The bathroom was dirty with cigarette burns on the sink. I mentioned all this to the staff as well.

Toilet clogged up and the floors were dirty. First floor carpet smells like mildew. Towels were yellow. Tv streaming doesn’t work and told it would never work!

Last minute trip and didn’t want to spend a ton, so I booked here. Every staff person I talked to was friendly and nice, but between the filthy floors, nails sticking out from bed, and AC leaking into a huge puddle on the floor (they did come look at it quickly), I wouldn’t come back. They only offer room cleaning with 7-night stays, which doesn’t bother me only staying for 3, but is likely off putting for many.
