It wasn’t quite what I expected.

Location was OK

I was unaware of the fact that they let people live in there. Me and my children felt uncomfortable for all the riffraff walking around guys standing out smoking, weed,cigarettes & drinking wasn’t very pleasant.

Only thing that was good about the property was it was quiet that’s all !

That I prefer a hotel with breakfast they list breakfast but have no breakfast which doesn’t make since don’t have any soap no iron or iron boards service was very sucky but it did what t was supposed to do for the three days I was there .$100 deposit is outrageous for the whole In The wall hotel it is should only be like a $50 deposit wasn’t even with the stay will not be returning

Screaming and yelling till after midnight, then dogs barking and some ass parked outside our room with their bright light on on their car that lit the room with curtains closed!! That stay sucked. Hotel said full refund, to have booking.com contact them, booking .Com said to have the hotel con tact them and noone did their job I paid for a stay I got less than 2 hrs sleep! Sucked to say the least

Not much I did get security deposit waived I see Why...

No bathroom light, none of the TVs in the whole building worked properly I was there for a 8 day stay with my family and the wifi was terrible as well. To top it off I was charged for an extra night. no stars for this one. You are better off with extended stay or a vacation home.

Cabinets was missing and the tv was wobbly most of all comfortable stay clean towels and bed room was comfortable.

Friendliness and customer service

Timely check-in had to wait no restroom while waiting with reservation I still had to check in at 4pm been there since 12:20pm seen others come in sooner than that and get a room.
