The place was nearby where we went to visit and was clean and neat

The water pressure wasn't high the water was cold while taking a bath, the microwave smelled burnt, the plugs on the right side of the room (near the bathroom) didn't work at all none of them and it was really an inconvenience due to my husband needed the outlets for his sleep machine we had to switch sides and i had to leave my phone and other items plugged on his side of the room

I was charged for two rooms for booking . Com and then I had to pay the hotel for a room.

The room smell like the previous person to occupy the room had a dog. No ice in the refrigerator. The front desk person was cleaning rooms and the front desk was unattended which means we had to wait till someone comes to the desk

Iabsolutely nothing besides the location

I was checked into dirty room, beds nlt made, trash through out the room etc. I was told only one other room was availavle tp give me and no was available to clean the room i was i was already in. I was traveling with my children so i took the next room. Walked in it smelled lile cat piss, the strong smell of marijuana in the hallway, exposed brokem lamp, no towels i had to wait for towels to washed and had to go ask for toilet paper because no toilet paper, dogs using the batjroom in the front of the hotel, flithy carpet, window silla, stove the curtains falling off the windows amd the closet. I was told by one of the front desk that the accomodations are usually for long terms giest 30 daya or more not someone staying a day or two so they usually dont run into my complaints but they also had checked another lady while i was at the desk into a dirty room as well. They advertise breakfast which consist of oatmeal thats it. This is definitely not what i spent my money for. I had to buy stuff to wipe down in here so my kids could sit down. I have never been this uncomfortable in accomodations i paid for. And mamagment wont answer messages or phone calls. Its a joke

It was a horrible storm the day I checked in but the lot hadn't been plowed any my entire weekend stay. The sink looked as though it was falling through the countertop, rust & dirt around the tub was awful.

I was totally disappointed withthe forst room. The room had no shower curtin I reserve a double but they didnt have one the pull out coach didnt go out all the awy abd there wasnt any sheets for the couch, The hallway was full of weed.

Make sure the rros are presentable and if you smpke , smoke outside

felt like sanction 8 housing very run down the hotel staff advised they did not stay onsite after 9pm. I arrived back at 10pm and felt extremely unsafe. I left and went to another hotel. I filed a complaint with the hotel’s corporate office.

Outside of the price changing

As I mentioned before Jason and the entire front desk staff were very accommodating! Since I wasn't familiar with the area they were kind enough to let me know where everything was within walking distance so I didn't have to drive around.

The fact that my bed did not have a bed skirt. There was hairs and stains on my sheet. The bed just looked very unsanitary.
