The hotel was dated and our room phones didn’t work. The elevator didn’t work unless you pressed the up and down together. The mattress were filthy.

Very noisy, the maids slam doors all day long, it's insane. They could use door stops while cleaning the rooms and I asked for clean bath towels for hours, I had to ask more than 3 times to receive them.

How close it was to our destinations.

The pool didn’t work, the staff was hilarious they told us to stay up the road at a “higher level facility”, if we expect things like clean beds and the indoor pool to work.

Clean room... not far from elevators... Very helpful staff... I inadvertently left my bluetooth speaker in the room and Deidra called me before I got on the highway to tell me... I appreciated that!

There were no towels in the bathroom and we had to wait quite awhile before they became available... And I had to personally go down to the front desk to get them...

Disappointed!!!

I loved my room. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean.

I was absolutely shocked when told that this hotel charges a fee of $100 PER NIGHT for incidentals! That is way too much overkill! Also, the pool was closed on my second night. I was so looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying the pool. Very disappointed!!!

Everybody was very helpful and friendly. The food served at the restaurant for dinner is very good as well. Check-in and checkout were fast, we did not have any problems at all.

The fitness area and the pool were quite small. We went in the pool on our first day, it felt stuffy even though there were just about 7-10 people. We decided to leave after some time.

It was adequate for a room.

It was centrally located to my children’s home.

Unable to use the phone and tv at this facility. I had a problem turning the tv volume down at night and tried calling using the room phone. It was dead. I tried calling several times on my cell phone and was placed on hold. I eventually called at 5am and the lady stated she was the only one at the desk and couldn’t leave. I checked out and again there was not one person at the desk.

We ended up needing to leave early due to an emergency at home. I would never stay again.

The location for my needs was good.

The bathroom floor was very dirty, the wall paper was coming off the walls, and the pillows were flat. I called the desk for additional or exchange the pillows, I was told the hotel didn’t have any extra I needed to use what was in the room. I asked for additional towels (after I cleaned the bathroom floor) and was told the hotel did not have any at that time I would need to wait until the morning to have them exchanged. We didn’t receive ANY housekeeping until I called and the manager hung up on me. I was asking for fresh towels and trash to be emptied. I had to go to the front desk and I was told the manager was not available. I asked housekeepers for coffee pods for day 2 of my stay- she told me there wasn’t any available.
