Loud music outside our windows at 7am daily and people with Texas license plate smoking weed in the parking lot. Same people blasting loud music. Had a mix up with my reservation. Paid through booking.com and was informed the room wasn't covered. Had to pay for room on credit card although booking.coms receipt said it was paid.

The staff don't seem to be aware of things such as AFFIRM or KLARNA. I had to pay for the room altho it was paid by AFFIRM.

The food could be better.

Breakfast was okay.

Housekeeping never came to clean the room.

The staff were friendly.

This place is a disappointment. It hasn’t been open long but it’s already showing signs of abuse. Room door damaged as if someone tried to force it open, and rubber seal hanging down. Dishwasher leaked onto the floor. A loud buzzer suddenly went off in the middle of the night. Carpet in the hallway already stained. One thing made us uncomfortable were groups of people staying here with no regard for others, as if they own the place. Loud music being played in rooms, people walking around with open containers of alcohol and weed scented vape lingering in the elevators. The worst thing however, which made us leave early, was the breakfast. It was bad even for the regular slop in American hotels. Veggie sausage… smh. Powdered eggs, so sad. We stayed at a Staybridge previously which was actually really nice, in good condition and with excellent breakfast. This one was not a good experience. It is frustrating how misleading the ratings on booking.com can be.

Everything was cute and clean.

The problems I had for a full day with my booking. They kept stating that I didn’t have a reservation. Then it went to having to pay at property when bookings took the money in full day before, and booking always seen i had a reservation

Having traveled from Georgia and formerly residing in Michigan, I was thoroughly impressed with this establishment during my recent visit. Initially, I had a reservation at a different hotel; however, upon inspecting the accommodations, I immediately sought alternative lodging and subsequently discovered your establishment. I initially stayed for two days, checked out, and then returned for a one-day stay, as the subsequent day was fully booked. Consequently, I was obliged to stay at the Marriott for a single night, which was a less favorable experience. I eagerly anticipate my return and would like to express my gratitude for the pleasant stay.

The buffet breakfast was nice every morning. The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The check in process was long (2 hours) due to an error on the hotel's side. The bathroom was not the cleanest. There was hair on the shower walls and some type of residue on the shower walls.
