The room was clean and convenient. I literally didnt wanna leave. Breakfast was simple, eggs, waffles, sausage, biscuits, sausage gravy, fruit, oatmeal, cereal, coffee, apple juice, and orange juice. I literally didnt wanna leave. Im definitely coming back as long as they be consistent like this.

I never got a chance to book because they asked for a huge deposit that is worth more than the room fee and demanded that at the very last minute of the transaction. The front desk person didn’t offer me anything for my troubles.

Very convenient to where I needed to be. Super friendly staff great service. Couple of minor issues in the room, and maintenance was very prompt in addressing. Good Friday at breakfast, but some of the breads were a little stale. They were very prompt in replacing items and keeping the area clean. Like that they had different for adoptions each day and bananas every day. New property and a great condition. Would definitely stay there again.

We really did love this hotel, even though it was kind of a mixed bag. We were greeted by the kindest lady at check in (I really wish I hadn't forgotten her name). But then a different desk person we dealt with later in the day, was really unkind when we asked for extra blankets. The lobby and common areas were glistening, and smelled so good. Our room was very clean, except there were some REALLY suspicious stains on the couch and chair in our room. Our suite was huge, modern, and the linens smelled really good. The bed box frame was broken, but my husband was able to kind of fix it, so he didn't roll off the mattress in his sleep. It was very hard to get warm in there, and the shower was a frigid experience (it was December in Detroit, so maybe that's just how it goes). But the breakfast was the real attraction. We were so impressed with the range, quality, and temperature of food. It was the best free breakfast we've ever had at a hotel. So for the price of the stay, it was a really strong value, despite some very unpleasant parts.

All around This is the best alternative to any Hotel in the area. I booked this room for a family member and he was totally satisfied with his stay. I asked he be put in a specific part of the hotel and they were glad to accommodate. Many of the High End Hotels in the area have had issues with safety and I was glad to see a NO PARTY POLICY.

After checking out early of a nearby property, my brother and I relocated to this hotel and the experience was night and day. The staff are friendly, the accommodations are clean well kept, and the hotel’s amenities are top tier for the segment it’s in (budget/family friendly). I would stay here again and I certainly recommend you stay here. The only thing I would change is removing the free breakfast to ensure you don’t have guests that walk around with bonnet caps and pajamas on around the lobby.

Jalapeno omelette was delish. The balcony is filthy and non-usable and should be covered. Furniture slightly outdated. Interior was clean and bed comfy. Stayed 2 nights. 10 minute drive to airport. Toss up if I stayed again.

At first we were very excited. Lobby seemed very clean although hallway floors were very dirty. The room was nice-but incredibly dirty-disgusting. Crumbs and food all over hallway and room floors. Hair and stains in our bed and pillows which were clearly never cleaned from the last guest. Icing from a cake on the remote and phone. Hairs in the bathroom. They offered us another room. It was worse. The front desk checked out the rooms, agreed and management approved a refund for us. They said to contact hotels.com to initiate, but that they’d approved it when hotels.com contacted them. We left and didn’t stay.

U need better service to refill towels at the pool Saturday evening I asked front desk for towels and she said she would take care of it and she never showed up, I went back to the pool next morning and still no towels. I told them about the phone still no one came to fix it I had to keep going back and forth to the front just to ask a question even went as far as calling from my own phone plus bathroom was not clean looks like everything was done in a rush

This place had a lot of quirks that made the stay a bit uncomfortable. The TV was located in a terrible spot at a 90-degree angle to the bed, and we never did find a good position to watch it. You really couldn’t see it at all from the couch. The bed was lumpy and hard to sleep on. We found a hair in the shower, so we asked them to give it another cleaning. Also, the TV channels were limited, so we had to use Fubo on the iPad. However, the wi-fi was slow and kept buffering while we were watching. The breakfast was ok and offered a decent variety. But overall, it served its purpose.

Ryan was the manager/assistant manager on duty when we checked in. I had called from the airport and spoke to Ryan on the phone and asked for a quiet room so we could have some peace as we were in town for my wife's family members funeral. Ryan did not disappoint. We got a quiet room with all of the requests for room type I had asked of Ryan. This hotel is great because it is new, built in 2024. Has free washer/dryer for guests, Great daily free hot & cold breakfast. EV charging. The rooms are clean & great with an almost full size kitchen. We choose to not have our rooms cleaned daily. If we needed additional towels or linens, we just asked. Every time we're visiting near Detroit in the future, we will be staying here.
