I enjoyed the breakfast and how clean our room was. housekeeping staff were very polite

not enough towels in the room for my wife and two kids. People were complaining about our room while me and my kids were enjoying a movie. They tried to move us, but we settled it.

It was very easy to navigate and welcoming.

Breakfast was good with many pastries and bagels. The hot food was OK, a very thin potato cake and a thin sausage patty that looked like an oatmeal cookie. I wasn’t sure what it was, possibly a veggie type. The abundance of choices was good. I enjoyed it.

Great hotel - but needs a k-cup coffee maker!

The breakfast offered a big variety of items to choose from. I liked how the breakfast ran from 7-10 instead of ending at 9am. There was a nice area for eating the breakfast or just sitting to talk with friends or to play a game. The bed was comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly. I was very happy that the hotel had a pool and exercise room. I would return to this hotel again.

The hotel offered coffee (which was very nice) but I did not like the light roast or the dark roast that they offered. There was no medium roast. I really wish they had a k-cup machine so that I could use the k-cups I brought with me. I wish the bathroom included bathroom cups. My room had a few minor issues (ie damage to the wall) but the front desk seemed very interested in remedying the problems after we left so as to not to disturb us during our visit. The pillows were not as comfortable as the ones in the previous hotel we stayed at. Overall, though, I was happy at the hotel and my greatest wish is for the hotel to get a k-cup machine!

Deceptive practices and sense of feeling unwelcome was the entire vibe at this location upon arrival

The breakfast was ok. I only had a cup of orange juice. The sausage was too salty and the eggs tasted artificial.

I, Ollette Washington prepaid 383.00 for two rooms and I was required to reserve 150.00 for each room in case of damages! All of us ranged from 58-94 years old. We had no intention of destroying a room. Had I known that the hotel pick and chose who they would be so cruel to, I’d never would have reserved a room there. I’ve attached a picture of the manager on duty who found it funny and was talking in a foreign language when he overpriced me for room damages. They allowed some hockey players to trash the breakfast area and did not say a word to them! the

We did have a slight issue with the air conditioner at first. And the fire alarm went off as my daughter was doing her hair. (overly sensitive alarm)

It wasn't the best Hampton Inn we've stayed at, but it wasn't terrible either. We slept well.

The breakfast was good and the dining room was very pleasant. The location was convenient to the place we were planning to go. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets seemed to be clean. Outlets for recharging phones were well located.

The person at the reception desk was not welcoming. The carpet in our room hadn't been thoroughly vacuumed. There was a piece of tile missing from the baseboard next to the shower and the metal base of the bed foundation had some splotches on it--looked like spilled milk, but probably wasn't. I wasn't looking for problems--these were just a few things I noticed. When we travel I often choose Hampton Inns because they seem reliably clean and well managed. This one seemed like it needed some spiffing up. The halls and the reception area were very nice and appealing.

That they were located in a beneficial area.

Staff needs to be trained on explaining reservation details to guests prior to taking ANY form of payment. I asked about the cost and was charged first and then incorrectly informed. When I did advise the front desk staff of this, they were extremely unhelpful and disregarded their blatant mistake which ended up costing me double for an emergency trip. Very disappointed and shows the lack of compassion and empathy from this facility based on the employees they hire.

Could have used more staff for check-in after 4:00 p.m. It was very busy and there was only one staff person, but she did a great job. The water pressure could have been a little better and the temperature of the water could have been a little hotter. There's also no place to put your toiletries in the shower if you're not using the toiletries that the hotel has supplied.
