Won’t stay again.

The hotel was not the worst but was far from a great one . It is a very nice hotel even while being under construction, where the wing that was under the construction was a bit stinky. We had a mixup about the rooms when we first arrived ans the front desk lady wasn’t super thrilled or understanding to help us fix it. We ended up getting it semi fixed but woke up to brand new charges when we already booked and paid online. This was about two or three weeks ago and we’re still waiting on their refunds to come back. Also, the pool was very dirty. It was very frothy. It had hair in it .

It was disappointing for our first time in a Marriott hotel.

The staff was very friendly. The location was great.

Got locked in our room due to a faulty dead bolt lock. The staff was unable to open it for us. They were partially under renovations and seemed a bit disorganized. Accommodations did not live up to the name. Tools had to be thrown up on our balcony for my husband to use to get the door open. We were given the wrong room# when moved to a different room to complete our stay. I had to ask if we could be compensated for the inconvenience. We were told we would get a complete refund and have yet to receive it.

Terrible mattresses

Not much, the location was good. But this property has been at the same location for quite some time.

The floor in the bathroom was marginally clean. The carpet appeared to be sticky. The mattress slept like a cardboard box. It was used a few times too many. But, I realize the rooms will be renovated very soon and the rooms on the southern end are now in the midst of renovation..

The area the hotel was in.

Hair all over the bathrooms, stains on the couches, hand prints on the mirrors.. nothing was wiped down.. the roll of tissue was used.. i was just disgusted. They need to update EVERYTHING!!!

I was in town for a family celebration and didn’t want this experience to the mood. It definitely put a damper in it!

The location was great.

I was assigned two different rooms. Each room was dirty. There were items left in the bathroom and in the refrigerator from the previous guest. The second room was just as bad. Beer cans were left in this one. I reported this also to the front desk. At this point, I simply decided to clean the second room myself. I was tired and completely disappointed 😔

I liked the convenience of the location, privacy, and turn around time for staff to respond to requests.

I didn’t like that the paper on the ceiling was peeling. I also didn’t like waiting on service at the Starbucks and having to walk away because no one showed up or even showed concern.

My booking had breakfast included. When my wife went down for coffee they said they don’t do that and charged her cash. I went down later to talk w manager and showed him the breakfast was included. He took care of that. When we went to breakfast the next day. They did not have breakfast or coffee.

I did not like anything about the room

The bathroom had a bad odor, I tried to clean it up and make it smell better but the smell was still there. The chair and ottoman in the room was really dirty, I would not sit on the chair or ottoman.

Crystal was exceptionally good at providing us with a room that was closer to the entrance. She was very patient and understanding of our needs. It was very busy at check-in and she did a exceptionally good job and handled irate customer with professional service.

Excellent get away, would stay there again

Disappointed complimentary breakfast not offered as advertised. Maintenance staff responded immediately to address slow draining sink. Front desk staff accommodated our request for room change due to unable to close darkening drapes in first assigned. Front desk staff very professional and attentive to guest needs.
