We got to the room and it had not been cleaned. The toilet had stains in it, there were no clean towels, and the soiled bed linens from the previous occupants were throen across the desk. After going to reception and being refused a refund because we "booked through a 3rd party" we were offered a room that was very cleary unutilized. It also had a dirty toilet and towels and used soap in the shower dish. The linens were cleaned but the thermostat was completely turned off with the room at less than 50degrees when we entered (in November). Obviously the room was never temperature controlled because the room had clear evidence of peeling paint. Never again. Dont know how it had 7/10 customer satisfaction.

I had to go to the front desk to get a "do not disturb" sign for the door. No grab bars near the side of the toilet. I requested and booked a handicapped room. Pictures show a living room chair with an ottoman. The desk chair was broken. Wheels didn't turn. I didn't get a comfortable chair for 24 hours.

Check in was slow because the clerk didn’t have a password for the computer. The bed had hazardous bars protruding out, which I accidentally kicked a few times. They didn’t have coffee in the morning and the breakfast selection was dismal.

Room had no ceiling lights and one of the two lamps was broken. Windows didn’t open properly. The carpet had wet spots under the desk. Hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. Hotel staff were very nice, though

The property smelled of pot, there was a bug in the bathroom of the first room we were assigned—they moved rooms upon request. Breakfast was scant and not good. However night front desk staff was pleasant.

We came back to the hotel around 8:00 pm. We went to go into our room and the door was jammed closed. Some how the flip lock on the side of the door was stuck closed after we closed the door when we left earlier. We went to the front desk and they told us we would have to wait until the morning when maintenance and the manager would be in. They would give us another room , but all are belongs we in the locked room. My boyfriend was able to finally Abe to jimmy the door open. I had to throw our dinner out that we just purchased.

The cigarette and marijuana smell greeted us when we entered the hotel. When we reached our floor, the smell of marijuana greeted us again. The smell greeted us the next morning as well. We stayed out of the hotel as much as possible. Inside of the room was not very clean. Around the beds and the carpet were dusty. The towels were stained looking and not very fresh looking (Poor laundry).

The marijuana smell was terrible. I complained about smell, it seemed that something was sprayed which helped, but the floors should be monitored on a timely basis instead of waiting for complaints. I had to move rooms as the first one had no working air conditioning. Second room was okay, but there were several stains on the top blanket. No working hair dryer in bathroom, one of the lights were out, fan didn’t work and the towels were dingy. Breakfast was blah at best. I went to the restaurant next door for breakfast on my second morning there.

There were two crawling things in my room. The TV had lines in it (looked like it was about to go out). The iron didn't work. The tiles on the floor and the bathtub need to be steam cleaned. I stayed here before a few years back and it was really nice. I was very disappointed this time.

Room was dirty. Bathroom especially was not well cleaned. The entire second floor smelled of marijuana. We checked out promptly after arriving and found a different place. The front desk man was nice, and he told us our second night could be refunded, but that was never processed. At least it was cheap!

The rooms don't appear to be very clean, nothing about the building did. Our room was missing shampoo, conditioner and soup. There was grime in every corner of the shower. Paint peeling in the room and there's a connecting door with a lock on the opposite side which didn't feel safe.

Upon arrival we were informed that our reservation had somehow been canceled due to full capacity at the hotel by pre arrangement. Realize that glitches do sometimes occur but we had not been given prior notification of the cancellation by Expedia or by Quality Inn. It was now up to us to find new lodging and to initiate the return of our funds for the reservation with Expedia. There was a loss of communication between Quality Inn and Expedia some how resulting in the traveler holding the bag and shouldering the inconvenience. Thankfully, Expedia did resolve the issue and returned our fund very quickly.
