My stay was relaxing and complete.

The hotel staff was excellent. We had a light dinner and drinks at the restaurant which were pleasing and the waitress and bartender were exceptional. The front desk staff were more than helpful and accommodating with hiccups that occurred as a result of the snow storm changing our travel plans. I’d definitely stay here again

Disappointed and expensive

Staff made up for the experience with free cocktails and birthday cake and free bag of chips. Security was visible and comforting

Started with no toilet paper in my room. House keeping did not come clean my room till 6pm after 3 request. Happy hour food was cold and terrible. Pool was dirty, visible nasty.

. Very comfortable and roomy, with clean towels and a perfect location, and I was on the main floor that wasn't loud. My husband and I were able to enjoy the weather without leaving the property.

I paid for two rooms; however, my other party was in an accident and wasn't able to use them. Booking.com reached out to the front desk regarding my situation and to request my refund, and as of today, I still haven't received it. The iron in the room burn my dress and there were still drinks in the fridge.

When I checked in there was a very loud group in the lobby/bar. That group continued to be loud throughout the evening. At about 2:00am a woman was yelling in the hallway. Although the facility was comfortable and cleaning. Those unruly customers made the stay slightly uncomfortable. The hotel should consider the presence of security.

Horrible value for my money

I loved the location and how clean the facilities were.

I think it's a total waste of customers monies. As there aren't any microwaves in the rooms. The one microwave by the front desk was ABSOLUTELY disgusting. The mini refrigerators only hold a bottle of water and a couple of cans of mini sodas. Also, the pool closing at 11 is ridiculous.

Horrible

Bathroom very small, iron messed up my husband's white shirt and the iron didnt have a dial ending. Blow dryer 1 option, toiletries given smells terrible. The couch had crumbs inside from past guest. Noise every night until 5 am with kids running and playing in the hallways. Ice maker didnt work. No microwave in the room, and fire alarm system was alerted with no cause! Lastly, shortage of towels that had to be requested.

Comfortable and high quality

Difficulty checking in. I presented my printed confirmation for check in and I was told I was not in their system. Until I persisted they finally found it. I again presented my full name including my middle initial. Hotel had my first name right but made a mistake and included my middle initial onto my last name. Ex. ( Karen MWilliams) instead of Karen M Williams. After being disappointed and embarrassed as it may, hotel found their mistake and check in finally got underway.

Okay stay

Food from Irom skillet was fantastic even if it was wrong, a couple of times. Check in was easy, price was accurate.

Chef or waiter, host was always negative vibe, like he is overworked, you can tell it was short staffed on one of the busiest weekends for Detroit. He does seem like a nice guy but tosses the negative vibe too much, obviously not happy with his work.
