Dirty with spiders

I didn’t like anything about the property

The room was old fashioned decor, dirty, smelled bad, and there are spiders in the rooms, I got bitten by one in the room while I’m sleeping. I went to the front desk the next day for getting any health assistance and I didn’t get anything. She just gave me another room.

It was cheap, so I wasn’t expecting much but there were some bare minimum things that weren’t up to par.

Staff were nice, rates were seemingly good value compared to others around.

Outlets in room didn’t work, hallways smelled like smoke, no hot water, poor water pressure and faulty handle in shower. There was someone running a vacuum right outside of my door for an hour and 20 minutes when I got there

The rooms need a lot of upgrade. The pillows were not comfortable. The room was dusty wasn’t properly clean too much traffic nowhere to park for the guest because of the party next-door. I was greedy with the fact that if I was a day stay, I’m not sure what that is, but it doesn’t sound good. This property has gone down. In my opinion. We’re just letting anybody stay there and as a guest when there’s no place to park and you pay your money for three days and not a day stay or someone usually at a party and then with my family so we will not be staying here again.

There were no towels in our room. My husband called down to the front desk from the room phone there was no answer. He then called from his cell phone and the Manager answered the phone very rude. He informed him that we didn’t have towels. He the manager said they will bring some up. My husband said you don’t even know our room number because I called from my phone. The manager then said we will bring some up and then hung up the phone. Also, it was a HS Homecoming Event happening and kids had hotel rooms with no adult supervision. We came back to our room after 2 am and it was kids hanging in the hallway close by our room.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Room 136 Should Not Be in Service I had a terrible experience at the Radisson in Southfield, Michigan. Prior to my stay, I specifically requested a renovated room, and was told my request could be granted. However, when I arrived, the room I received (Room 136) was anything but renovated. The room was clearly outdated and poorly maintained. There were stains on the ceiling tiles, pink residue in the shower stall that resembled mold, and cracked, unstable brown tile flooring. There were spider webs behind the toilet, and no proper vanity light—just a lamp awkwardly placed near the sink with an electrical cord dangerously close to where water could easily reach. This was a serious safety hazard. The bed squeaked loudly every time I got in or out, and the vent looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The room also had a faint but noticeable moldy odor. Altogether, it felt unsanitary and unsafe. I strongly recommend that Room 136 not be made available to guests until it undergoes a complete renovation. If other rooms are in similar condition, this entire property needs to be reevaluated. To make matters worse, I was told management would reach out regarding my concerns, but I never heard back. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

The hallway smells of smoke and the hotel states that they are 100% smoke free. Bed rooms are very small. Not as depicted on website. Got breakfast and found a DEAD fried fly. When I brought it to the attention of the attendee I’m at the front of the dining area he became very defensive and blatantly rude. Operation Manager was more polite and understanding. Still waiting on the General WTO contact me since the incident which is more than 24 hours ago. This hotel is just terrible. Stay away.

Worst as far as I can remember

Location only to where I needed to be.

Dirty room with mould and grime with thin walls. No windows. You could hear everything in the room next door was doing. Hostile staff who would say “don’t give me a hard time”. Or “I could be going home now but talking to you”. Check in was 3pm. Not ready when I arrived 4:15. I witnessed 3 other guests really unhappy. Photos on website don’t reflect look of rooms. Avoid kitchenette rooms. Lower 2 floors. No windows. Worst stay as far as I remember. Not Radisson quality

I was in an adjoining room and the people next to me were so loud all night and I couldn't sleep. The carpet was disgusting and the fridge and bathroom could've used some cleaning. The fountain is pretty and the view was nice.

Even hallway boarding wall falling off the wall, some pieces sitting in corner, dirty carpet, wall need painting on floors, etc. Seems like a hotel with very little money to maintain itself.
