The bed very very dirty bathroom curtain very dirty and broken with mold as wall Wifi didn't work at all even though it was advertised. I went to use the washer and drier and wanted to buy soap and nothing came out after putting in the money.

I did not like anything it was awful. I’ve spent a lot of time in hotels and I’ve never had an experience like this.

When we got checked in the room was dirty it appeared to have been cleaned, but it was not clean at all. I then went to the front desk and they gave me keys to a different room. I went up there that room. The refrigerator was open and there was towels on the floor. The beds were not I mean it was completely dirty. Then I went up to another room. There was cigarette hole burns in the blankets on the bed And the counters were smudgy with some oily stuff and it was the bathroom was gross with HAIR on the floor particles in the sink, the mirror you could even hardly see into it was all dirty in the tub. That’s a whole other story. When we got into our fifth room, it too was not clean. The refrigerator smelled terribly. There was dried corn right on the floor in front of it and HAIR. There was no towels in the bathroom at all. It was awful.

It was convenient but for what I paid I could’ve found a better stay.

The location was convenient! The breakfast was okay, they did not have orange juice but sunny delight which was disappointing. And they had waffles and a couple other options but not what most places offer.

It is very outdated and not as clean as it could be. The bathroom looked grimy.

Location was nice & convenient. Breakfast was nice to have, but very basic. Parking was good.

The location did not feel safe. There were people hanging around the hotel at all hours, smoking inside & out. It smelled like cigarettes & Marijuana constantly & when I complained, I was told the staff could do nothing about it. There was trash all around the hotel & parking lot that was never cleaned up during the week I was there. No pool or hot tub, no hotel shuttle. Room was clean but everything in the hotel room was old & dingy except the counters, carpets, sheets, etc.

It was in a convenient location.

Everything else. The place was filthy. Things were broken. The staff weren’t attentive at all. And to top it off, I felt very unsafe. Being from out of state, I had no idea of what was going on at this hotel until after I checked in. I didn’t even stay a night. I got up out of there!

The free parking was the only thing listed online, That actually came through.

There were dead bugs everywhere, holes in curtains and lamp shades, old beaten down furniture. The whole room smelled really bad, it was hot, with virtually no way of turning the heat down. Stains on everything, the sheets, the blanket, the floor, the walls. The photos online are not at advertised. When I brought all of this up to staff, I was told the photos online aren’t even of their building, even though the first photo is a street side view of the building and it’s definitely supposed to be photos of their rooms. So that’s not legal.

Pillows where lumpy and small. The refrigerator stopped working in the middle of night and food was wasted and drinks where hot.then in the morning no breakfast was out and when "the breakfast " was put out was told had to sit in the lobby and eat could not go back to room

The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful with my accommodations. I appreciated the breakfast and coffee in the morning.

The 1st room I was assigned to had stains on the ceiling, and it was peeling. Stains on the carpet and the ottoman. I asked for another room, and it looked much better. The bed wasn't comfortable it had a deep in it, and the heat blew cold air half the night until I had to turn it off.
