Clean & friendly. There are two individuals who went out of their way to make our stay memorable. First is Ms. Sharon. She has the best southern personality and greeted us with open arms. Like we were family. And the other individual was Billy the cook and oversaw the breakfast area. They both are the best. They both should be recognized by the Hilton Hotel for outstanding employees!

I didn’t eat at the hotel because of previous plans with friends but the location and dining area looked great. I also appreciated the food items and drinks for sale. The parking situation was really good. Well lighted and felt safe when returning late at night. Sharen at check in was so friendly. The night desk person was also very nice. The staff is a huge asset!
Not any one’s fault but the fire alarm went off at 4:30 am and I went out to the parking lot. We were all standing around with no idea what was happening. I went and sat in my car until I saw others going back into hotel. Grateful that it was not a fire!

Nothing
Old tired hotel. I used to book Garden Inns because you could get a decent breakfast, freshly prepared. Not here. Just a very poor selection of deep fried bacon, biscuits, scrambled egg from a packet. Staff more interested in themselves than customers. Old noisy aircon, Pool out of use. Glad I didn't need to eat at the hotel because that was all deep fried as well.

Staff was friendly. Food was good.
Was lacking in cleanliness. Had a weird smell. Housekeeping started knocking on my door a couple hours before check out time. Made me feel rushed to get out. Hot tub was out of order. My card was charged multiple times after check out. They did fix it, but it took about a week. Also, maybe bring your own toilet paper if you stay here.

Close to most everything, clean and had the all the toiletry that I needed to shower.
Made a cup of coffee in the room and creamer was spoiled and out of date. The coffee in the lobby was empty in the cafe on my way out for work as well. Nor was It clear what was included with my free breakfast with my stay.

Spacious room, comfortable bed
Water stains and visible filth in the commode. Shower insert appeared to have scrapes in floor surrounding drain where filth had settled into the crevices. It gave the appearance of vomit that sat and dried.

The location was nice and quiet.
The hot tub is outside and was closed, the website during booking didn’t specify, it would have been nice to know. but the pool was nice.

All staff were kind and welcomed us. We arrived about 9:30 pm and went to the pool. The pool was supposed to close at 10 pm, but they allowed us to stay in there for another hour. We thought that was very considerate. Lastly, we loved that check out was at 12 pm.

Noisy. I was given a “quiet” room which was anything bought. The side of the hotel backed up to a restaurant, and the workers were so noisy. I could barely hear the television at times. Their door alarm went off several times, and they were outside talking at the back door as late as 2 AM.
Also, No Safe in room.

Plenty of walking distance restaurants which is nice for a location at an interstate exit.
