The price is not worth it.

Bed bags on matresses so fear of bed bugs was calmed somewhat.

"Mushy" subflooring under the carpet. Breakfast consisted of bad coffee, an apple, a granola bar, and a honey bun...big disappointment. Fortunately, my movers for my storage unit came early Saturday afternoon so I checked out on Saturday.

Location was nice and so was the room.

The door had to be kicked to be open, to book another night, they charged extra for “early check in” didn’t have a working hair dryer, and the ironing board had mold spots. It said sound proof rooms and that was not the case. I came back in the middle of the day, my room keys didn’t work, the didn’t answer the phone and the office was empty. I waited 30+ mins for them, and then was charged for another key. They charged for everything they could think of.

It was dirty and I was extremely nervous as I was traveling along.

The only reason I stayed here was due to its proximity to the Parkwest Surgical Center. So I liked the location.

The room was dirty, there was black mold all over the bathroom. Twice people tried to open my door during the night. There were very sketchy people hanging out all over the place outside. I was very nervous all night long.

I didn’t like how I was treated at check in. The person checking us in just hit the counter asking for a card and ID. Didn’t ask me for anything with words. Felt rude and demanding

Scam. I was traveling from way out of state. If I used a credit card I would have been stolen from.

They accused me of stealing towels. Then proceeded to take my $50 deposit when I expressed my objections she said "oh I'll just take $10 for the towels." And I said "no, there are cameras you can check." The rooms where stuffy, stinking, and sticky. The tub was cracked and chipped looked disgusting. It was very unpleasant.

There were no bath towels in the room and they accused me of stealing towels. I even opened my car with my family inside to show that I did not and she tried the most to take money from my security deposit.

Location had plenty of parking.

Having a bed that detached upward toward the sky when you sat down or tried to sleep. Had to sleep upside down in the bed to counter the wonderful physics project. Half broken air conditioner....unleveled shower ....and bathroom door that half closed. Slow check in....90 minutes cutting into my needed sleep.

The covers was dirty with black spots on the top blanket look like never been washed, the house keepers knocked on my door and try to come I. After I told them give me 30 mins I am in the shower trying to get ready to leave. And they try to barge in 2 mins after that

The price attracted me and centrally located by the highway and the bus line.

$50 Security deposit for room was held for over a week when most nicer motels didn't charge one. Roaches in room and perhaps some kind of bugs in the bed. The curtains were broken, the door was not sealed and light came in through around the door. I went to bed early but awoke when a crowd of wild people surrounded my room and I went outside to investigate what was occurring. They thankfully cleared out after I prayed for them. However when I awoke early the next morning I felt exhausted and oppressed. I went to the complimentary breakfast and it was a gas station honeybun and the regular coffee was unavailable only decaf and the apple juice dispensed chunks of brown pieces in 3 attempts to fill tiny cup. Overall if you can afford it make other travel arrangements. Grace and Peace

I never stayed I was tormented and robbed for my money.

The staff and the guy at the counter was the rudest I've ever encountered I felt like I was in a foreign country! I paid online for a room and when I got there I was told that I owe another $50 for a deposit fee which I did not have if I would have known this I would have never booked the room! That's when all the trouble started and they got even more rude when I asked for a refund a customer came in who has been staying there and told me this is how they get over on people and the room wasn't worth it because it had roaches and bed bugs and all type of CD characters! I just wanted my money back and was so frustrated I just sat in the lobby and told them that I would just sleep here tonight just give me my money back when I left they still didn't give me my money back try to make me apologize to a guy for taking my shoes off and not putting them on when this foreign guy asked me to what the hell give me my money this is America.

I did not like the the rudeness of the desk clerk and the non sympathy for my situation! And I didn't like when his boss came that he insisted that I was wrong because nowhere on the website it's state that there is a $50 deposit after you already extracted my money for the room I want a full refund! And an apology.

The only thing good about this place was the vending machines.

The room at first was normal other than cig burns on the blanket. We stayed there one night and we got in really late and went straight to bed. Woke up the next morning to find a used, bloody needle on the bathroom sink. We asked the staff to move us to a clean room, we were trying to be nice. But they were rude and refused. So we asked for a refund and had to threaten to call the police. Finally they agreed to refund her for one night (we booked 2) and give us our deposit. Which we are still fighting for by the way over a week later coming home.

Room I was in light over sink didn’t really work. Short in it. Had to keep cutting it on & off for it to come on. Towl bar over toilet was broken & on side of toilet. Floor through out room was not level. Mini fridge was very unstable had to hold fridge on side to keep it still just to open door. Only had one towl in room. You could tell the floor had not been vacuumed. The coffee pot was very dirty & old water was in area where you put water to full it up along with the cord inside the water!

Bad hotel!!!

That we was on a trip and got out of the house...

I didnt like the fact that the housekeeper yelled at my husband cuz they accused him of complaining to the manager that they didnt clean our room cuz we had a do not disturb sign on the door which we did cuz we had an incident before that a housekeeper came into our room and stole from us so everywhere we go we deal with our cleaning and stuff like that and she came and yelled at him for no reason and all we wanted was some towels, trash bags, and some rags. Also the last night we stayed we had the do not disturb sign on the door when we was gone and she took it off and went into the room not invited and cleaned the room which we did not want them to come in so they broke an intery and luckily we didnt see nothing gone.So for sure I will never stay at this place ever again def the worst experience ever and def bad staff. And they need to change on there place on booking.com where they said they have breakfast cuz having juice, fruits, and coffee is not a breakfast. 100% bad hotel, rude ass employees, and not a good breakfast.

You get what you pay for with a side of rude.

The bed was comfortable. The room was affordable.

You have to put a 50 dollar cash deposit down when you check in. I don't carry cash, so I had to leave and come back. The guy behind the counter was rude, and snapped at me when I politely suggested they tell people this up front so we could arrive with the money. The room had a funky smell and there were pubes in the shower. I will not be returning.
