Mainstay is really good for a crew that needed extended stay.

I left within 30 minutes

Absolutely nothing, the staff were unfriendly. The room had nets flying around the fridge and the room. There was hair left in the shower. The beds are twin sized. The outlets don’t work the lamps didn’t work. The environment was unsafe there were people smoking in every end of the building. The front desk person argued with me because I decided not stay due to their cleanliness.

Need kinder employees.

The person who checked us in was a little on the rude side. We asked to have our room away from traffic and on an upper floor and she absolutely refused any accommodation change. At least the room was clean and reasonably comfortable. Good price for what we got.

Hire nicer people. It wasn't the fact she refused it, but her tone of voice.

They ask for deposit and there is no ice. The remote control didn’t work. , milk was left in my refrigerator from the last person that stayed and tissue on the floor. Roaches on the floor and hair in the shower.

Everything was cleaner than we expected.

Being an extended stay hotel, some of the other guests were sitting out front of their rooms and looked a bit concerning but caused no problems.

Bad neighbours.

Big room. Clean.

Very noisy neighbours, they were speaking loudly during the night, playing music and smoking weed and cigarettes. They activated the hotel's fire alarm at 2:30am. The place is nice, but not the people. The staff didn't do anything about it.

I didn’t like the property

The trash everywhere outside , the room was renovated and wasn’t finished the sink had paint all on it the tub was nasty , the refrigerator was nasty . They didn’t clean they just wipe down with cleaner to make it smell good. We only stayed there because nobody had rooms and me and my kids needed somewhere to stay. Nebr again will I stay here

Centrally located, had everything you need for cooking light meals & ample refridgeration surrounding close by many resturants & service needs. Staff was helpful & friendly

Nothing is ever perfect,but only thing no hair dryer a little noisy & smells from neighboring rooms seen to come thru the walls or ventilation.

I would give this location a 3 out of 5 star rating. I'll begin with the pro's: the room was clean when we arrived; the beds were comfortable;full size refrigerator; dishwasher-not something I needed in particular, but handy for long term guests; laundry room on site;staff was friendly Now the cons: they didn't clean our room the entire 3 night stay we were there;I had to chase down house keeping to request extra towels and they acted like I was asking for gold they had mined themselves - very reluctant to give them to me, but finally did; hotel right next to the interstate, very loud; small parking lot, difficult to maneuver around in; charged too much for washing clothes $4.50/load in laundry room I wouldn't stay at this particular hotel.

Ant's & Roaches all over sink AND cabinet below the kitchnette sink, stove top & fridge after checking in. Reported to office immeatally. I was told they would report to pest control. Got back to the hotel that night. Ants were on the floor by the bed. Woke up the next morning. Same thing, Ants, roaches, on the countertop. Again, climbing off the refrigerator onto the stove. Reported that again and said they had pest control there yesterday! but I told him they were back all over the place.! Also; i found 2 bed bugs in the bed. Disappointed, there was no desk nor recliner. Extra chairs all we had.Were the straight up table chairs.

My room was dirty smelled horribly. The table, counter in the kitchenette and bathroom had visible remnants of crumbs and other sticky stuff. Windows had sticky smudges on them and the floor was very dirty. When I complained the next day, and gave specifics of the issue, II returned to find that they had mopped but had done a sub par. The windows were still gross and it still smelled. It didn’t smell like cleaning product. Not sure what they used.

Well, we survived and it makes for a great story!

The room was very dated, the carpet was dirty, the sheets were stained, the tub did not drain. My wife slept with her clothes on. And the room smelled like it had been smoked in. Oh, and there was only one towel for two of us.

The check in was quick. The lady at the front desk was nice when we went to check in.

The room had a weird smell to it when we entered. A spider was found on our bed. The woman at the front desk during check out was not very present. She was on her cell the entire time.

Check in was a breeze-very freindly staff. Room was tidy, sheets were clean. Basic ammenities and even had a small, concierge breakfast with outstanding coffee. Great value for the money.

Nothing I didn’t even want to stay the night it was utterly disgusting

Everything, the place was ate up with bed bugs, the kitchen had newer appliances but they were disgusting and literal infested with cock roaches

Location was good

The room smelled really bad like a big ashtray (was a non-smoking room). The room looked like something from the late '70s. The kitchen and bathroom appeared to be never updated. Rust and mold and decay.
