Overall, would stay here again the next time we spend a few nights in Knoxville.

Very nice place to stay just needs a few changes.

How big the room was, how clean everything looked, and a very nice staff.

Showers need updating, drink fountain wasn’t working, the prices were too high for cokes and snacks, and I felt like the price for the room could be a little lower especially with this economy.

A few changes would greatly improve the stay

Easy to get to our rooms. Complimentary water. Good parking. Spacious rooms - Love the couch and footstool. Pet friendly! After being told by one front desk agent that I could not get printed receipts, I called back later and Hannah was able to email the receipts to me. Many thanks to Hannah, who was pleasant, helpful and professional. Hannah is a credit to your Home2Suite brand.

The hot breakfast items in the case were not very tasty - the round cinnamon bread, eggs and meat had no flavor at all. The meat was sliced too thin and it dried out. Stacking foods in the case makes it hard to get the food out of the case. Food in case was not hot enough. Did not like yogurt pump. It took too long. Rather have yogurt cups. I asked for a printed receipt upon check out and request was abruptly denied by one agent. I was told that the third party I booked with was the only one who could get me a receipt. (After calling back, another agent, Hannah, was able to help me.)

We booked a Queen suite that sleeps 4 adults. I don't know about you but if I book a queen suite that sleeps four people I expect two queen beds in the room. We got to our room with one queen bed and a pull out couch from Dexter Morgan's basement. A literal banana shaped plastic bed.

We r repeat customers we stay every yr when we go on vacation and it seems to get better an better every time which it’s never been bad it’s like Hilton takes it to another level every year, the staff is amazing very friendly and very informative about any questions that I may have an I’m greeted at the door every time, with that being said being a customer that is the most important for me knowing that I’m welcomed an not just Haha we took your money, so keep up that great work.

I really can’t think of any dislikes honestly. The hideaway bed could use a little more cushioning lol an a fitted sheet that stays on

Breakfast wasn't good at all. The Monday cost of room was higher than the weekend. Not sure why but was told by front desk that it was supply and demand.

The location was great. The staff were wonderful.

It needs a good cleaning and repairs. Wallpaper peeling, tiles shaking, blind was broken and held together with duct tape. The room looked like it was not properly cleaned before our arrival.

Avoid even if you were comped a room.

This was absolutely the worst Hilton property I've ever seen. Mildew everywhere. Peeling wallpaper and stained carpeting. We had to change rooms 3x. The keys would work for one pass and then had to be re3set. Booking.com was great at facilitating an exit and cancelling the reservation. Disgusting hotel with great staff who were embarrassed about all the issues.

I will continue to stay at Home2Suites but I won't expect to eat there from now on.

We stay here every time we go to Knoxville. They staff is always friendly and the rooms are always spacious and very clean. The shower was excellent. And they are pet friendly.

The breakfast fare was a 1 out of 10. It has really gone downhill. 2 of 3 cereal selections were unidentifiable. The breakfast sandwiches were burnt and difficult to eat. A pre-made item that I think was supposed to be scrambled eggs or an omelet didn't taste very good. There was only 1 fruit selection. The 2 juice selections were empty. Pastries would have been a nice option. I know food prices have risen lately but this was like a "Motel 6" breakfast bar.

breakfast was oversold for what they offered

location was perfect, close to restaurants and shops and major highway

Breakfast was disappointing. would not have categorized it as hot and the only hot item offered was waffles. cold option; bagels,toast, frozen sandwich, cereal and yogurt. closet in room literally held about four items yet the same wall the closet was on had about a 15 foot countertop that was not needed. put in more closets. The had a rollout table for eating but there were no chairs.
