Solo traveler felt incredibly safe

Parking was abundant and super accessible to the lobby. Safe location and easy on and off the interstate. The room was comfortable and sound proof. The black out curtains were nice for undisturbed sleep and allowed me to sleep in a little.

Wasn't a bad hotel but definitely didn't hit our expectations either.

Breakfast was good. The pool was down for a broken part, was accommodated with the other 2 hotel pools close by to use while we stayed. Fully stocked kitchen area in the rooms. We stayed in the 2 queen bedrooms and had another 2 rooms booked as well. Housekeeping stopped by on our second night to ask if we needed anything. Our two queen beds were in separate rooms with two different doors.

We chose early check in and had to wait 2 hours for our 3 rooms to be available. We arrived at 1pm and was never informed it would not be accommodated via email like previous different hotel stays. We stay at a few hotels a year. We had 9 people with us 4 of which were kids. Was not able to use accommodations until checkin. The pool was broken and being maintenanced when we arrived. Main door into the hotel was extremely heavy leaving. One of our 3 rooms didnt have hot shower water was luke warm the whole 4 days! Hot and cold were reversed. We didn't have pillows or blankets for the 2 rooms with the pull out couches. Water pressure was low in the bathroom in one room and our fridge was NOT cold even on the coldest setting in all 3 rooms. Elevator constantly had trash in it, we cleaned it up food, paper, beer bottles. Floors felt very unlevel as if the hotel was uneven. Housekeeping definitely don't clean behind the beds!!! While on the elevator you can hear other floors conversation. Rooms are not sound proof you can hear tvs and conversations while walking by. While breakfast was good it constantly ran low on supplies and had to wait to be restocked. AC could be updated, the TVs were small channels were very limited you could log in to your own Netflix account if you wanted. Had to make an account with the hotel just to use the wifi.

We did not stay at the hotel. We tried to cancel and see if we could get it refunded due to the death of a family member. No one responded to us. It was unfortunate that we were neither helped or talked to.

You hear everything going on in the hallways, cleaners vacuuming the halls in the mornings, other people’s conversations in other rooms, people above walking around. As well as walking through the Hallways to get to your room you can hear everything going on in the rooms.

The pool was dirty, breakfast was a couple small things in a bag. It never changes either. Same things everyday. Seriously I stay at places with decent breakfast and was so disappointed in this place. I feel I overspent

Layover on long family road trip.

Great location with plenty of restaurants nearby. A few shops close as well. Hotel appears to be new. Very friendly staff. Outdoor areas and common areas immaculate.

Room was NOT cleaned well. Made me nervous during COVID. Found socks from previous guest on sofa, dried spill down bathroom wall. Could smell pit smoke strong from adjoining room. Not great when traveling with kids.
