everything was great

the rooms , paid for a 2 bed and only got 1 .. asked and they didn’t fix it

Above and beyond my expectations. I loved my room and the facilities! The bar was great and I enjoyed the food service and the convenience store.

The elevators was a big problem. Most of the time only one elevator out of three was available. This made things very inconvenient. There was times I was forced to use the steps.

Clean, on sight bar, good location, friendly staff, omelet bar for breakfast, complimentary snacks in the evening, comfortable bed, indoor pool and hot tub.

The A/C unit was loud and it was hard to moderate to temperature. It was either cold or hot- never perfectly comfortable

Sorry to say, there was Nothing about this property that we liked! Considering the price, unfriendly staff, and the room view that was to the very noisy truck stop!!!

Everything was BAD! This was a terrible joke! Price of a hotel in Knoxville TN, is more than what we paid in Paris, Rome, Amsterdam, … for a very uncomfortable room with terrible view, and real awful staff

I booked a king suite and there was two of us one in the king bed and went out on the sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa had a very thin mattress super uncomfortable. Had to make it up myself there was no sheets on the bed upon pulling it out. The TV was bolted into the wall so I could not use the HDMI cable to do a project for work during my off time. There was a group of rowdy college kids on the floor making noise till after midnight. Between that noise and the bed I could not sleep. I checked in at 4:00 which was only shortly after they allowed it and it already said they had filled up all the rooms which I find it hard to believe. I did not want a room right next to the vending machine of the elevator which is exactly where I was room 514 look it up! Absolutely awful experience. Glad to be home where I can get a good night's sleep in a decent bed. You would at least expect a sleeper sofa to be semi-comfortable and for the maid staff to have already made the bed up with clean sheets but no that was not the case. For an expensive room 375 a night you would expect the breakfast would be a little better as well. Very average excuse me let me say below average. The view out the window was looking at a trucking company and interstate was right next to the hotel as well. If I'd seen the hotel in advance I would have never booked it and I certainly would not have booked the King suite with a below average sleeper sofa

Breakfast is great. They have a nice variety. Also the restaurant and bar on site is such a convenience. Its my second stay at the Embassy suites and I find it enjoyable, the staff friendly and accomodating and very clean. Its in a good location and its safe. You do need a car to get around. Nothing is in walking distance.

The staff was wonderful; they couldn't have been more helpful and friendly.

There was no microwave in the room. The owner isn't doing his or her staff any favors. Also, the pool wasn't heated.

staff friendliness, clean environment and the refreshing smell as soon as you walk into the facility. To top it all, the breakfast was phenomenal!!!

The refrigerator in our room was not cooling very well and the bathtub had some meadow area around the corner that will need a little more cleaning .

Lovely, well cared for, easy to access exercise equipment, very attractive and bed itself very comfortable

pillows are horrible

inclusive drinks, snacks and breakfast. we also liked the location of the hot tub set near but around the corner of the swimming pool to be somewhat secluded. the bed was not too soft and not too hard. we liked the walk in shower. the decor in the lobby is very modern yet unique. we liked the music playing at breakfast.

we wished checkout was at a later time.
