The building was an older building but it was clean. No elevator but it only had 2 floors. People were friendly.

We stayed in room 160 I paid extra for was suppose to be nicer bedding and snacks which there was non of either . We killed a huge spider on floor and 2 bugs. The ceiling in places looked like it was about to fall down. Outside on porch ash tray wasnt dumped from prior guest. .

Pool was closed but didn’t state that on the sight! Breakfast was good! It usually one of my favorite spots! This time however was frustrating. The front desk clerk told me I only I had one room when I booked 2 for my family. He told me that he wouldn’t get his manager because he would say the same. He said that I had to contact you guys. After I sent a message to hotel.com he found it. He said he needed to refresh my system. I was so frustrated and tired and he gave us such a hard time before finding it. He even said that he didn’t need to see the reservation because I didn’t matter It didn’t show up his side!

The softest sheets!!! The staff at this hotel were SO kind! They helped us with everything we needed. My mom lost her ring in the hotel room, and Charlene, a lady who worked there, came in the room to help her find it and actually found it! We are SO VERY grateful!!! Perfectly located right off the highway and near great restaurants in walking distance. Super clean, good breakfast. I can’t say enough about this hotel.

It was okay, nothing really wow me or anything really special. First arrived there, It smelled funny and I walked barefoot and I saw black dirt on my feet. I was wondering when the last time they mop on the hard floor or shampoo the carpet. They did mop on the hard floor and made my room smell nice.

We didn’t have enough towels and two of the ones were given were dirty. The toliet didn’t flush well. We were traveling with family and asked when the rooms were booked to put us together and on the first floor. My husband has orthopedic issues and stairs are hard for him especially when carrying luggage. We have stayed here for years during football season and this one will be our last. We stay here for the convenience and price. We do understand it’s not the Ritz. However all of this was unacceptable.

Staff was nice. The bedroom smelled like wet dog. Walking around the room in socks made them black from the floor. Beds were firm. Shower had great pressure. Overall not great however not bad if you are only there to sleep and not stay in the room long.

Stayed here for a night, and very disappointed. For a family friendly smoke free hotel, the strench of weed lingers down the hallways and into our rooms. Great when travelling with children.... couldn't enjoy the pool cause again pot smokers sitting right near the pool. When contacting reception they simply sprayed air fresher to try "mask" the smell. Beds are comfty, laundry facilties work well. Breakfast very limiting and no alternative milk options or alternative dietary requirements not even considered.

Breakfast was adequate but better if you went early since foodstuffs didn't seem to get replenished. Bed was OK but too hard for me, otherwise it was comfortable. Nice to have small refrigerator but it had no freezer (unusual). Was able to walk to restaurants and enjoyed the walk.

There was a warning on the entry door to remove muddy boots before entering. The common areas had an odor to them, but the room was fine until someone in another room burned their supper or cooked something foul smelling. The remote for the tv in the bedroom of the suite would only turn the tv on and off and adjust volume, I couldn't change channels or select anything, and there was no remote for the tv in the living room part that I could find. Room was clean, and fairly modern though.

Although an older property that could use a deep clean (walls, baseboard), it is very convenient for our travels to visit family when we have our dog with us. The pool is great for the grandkids as is the breakfast. It is also reasonably priced and convenient off the interstate. The bed and bathroom are clean.
