The room was ok for a one-night stay; however, property is very outdated and needs better lighting.

The location was good, and the room was decently clean. The hotel was fine for one one-night stay. Front desk personnel were super nice, and check-in went fast without complications.

The property is very outdated, and the fridge in our room did not work. Moreover, the lighting in the room was not as bright as in the pictures on booking.com. The lights were very dim; you could barely see in the room.

The room was a nice setup. The appearance of the room was sleek and modern. The jetted tub was great.

The room was dirty. There were dirt and larger pieces of trash on the floors. The white blanket on the bed had blood on it. One of the pillows had a smear of blood. It was on the side of the pillow that was faced towards the headboard so I’m guessing we weren’t supposed to see that. There was only one employee who was friendly. He was an older gentleman that was changing out trash bags in the lobby.

I was pleased with how they accommodated us.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The staff did what they could to accommodate our needs.

Check in time was for 3:00 p.m. and there wasn't any rooms available. I had prepaid for a room and it should have been ready. There was no excuse for our room not being ready at check in time.

Great value in a great location

Location mostly and the price wasn't bad compared to surrounding hotels. You can tell it was older with updates but clean and bed comfortable. I would stay here again.

Just little things of personal preference. No lamp between the two beds. Remote control didn't work right. The phone in room was broken.

The breakfast was nice. But I don't care for powder eggs. The location was very nice and close to all your shop.

The bed sheets was stained and bed covering had holes in it. Wash clothes is hard on your face. .not enough wash clothes in the room. Because I like a wash cloth for my face and one for the body. So it was me and my husband. So it wasn't enough . Need new pillows. But the room smells awful so we went and brought air freshener. To sit in the room.

I Like to get what i paid for and my recipit

I didn't like walking up the steps. Due to health problems, no elevator also, carry my suitcase up stairs the bathroom could be a little cleaner. Other than that, everything was fine. Bottom what i didnt like

NEVER again, fair for a 1 night stay

The location is great, the breakfast was decent, and the pool looked nice.

We got the room and there were hair trimmings on towels, but the staff switched them out quickly and brought warm fresh ones. In the morning the floor seemed “wet” but it was just that humid in the room, even with the AC running. A lot of the other people who were staying there seemed like local residents bc they were smoking and chilling in the courtyard like they owned the place. Great for a 1 night stay. Would never stay here again.

It was a great stay room was spacious had microwave coffee maker fridge a/c and all was working properly! I love that they have a whole wing for pet friendly rooms. It was pretty awesome to have the dogs meet other travelers like the humans do! Very clean and neat. Breakfast was great!

The staff was pleasant and helpful, and the price for the room was good.

The room was surprisingly dirty, and there were large patches of paint hanging down from the ceiling in the shower. The soap and shampoo dispensers had not been refilled, and ran out quickly.

The pool was closed and we were not informed ahead of time so the kids were disappointed. Someone in our area was smoking large amounts of marijuana and it could be smelled in the hallway but thankfully did not make through the door of our room.

The only thing good was the bed.

We got there and the main lobby was nice, The lady at the desk was nice, We got to the room and I checked for bed cleanliness, the pillow cases had make up on them and others had what looked like drool marks, Part of the sheet was so thin you could see through it. I called the front desk and the lady said all she could do was send clean sheets because she was the only one there, No apologies, there was obviously someone else there because she brought the sheets for me to change out the bed. My husband started watching a movie and I heard barking but it wasn’t the movie, it was dogs in the hallway. That explained why the room smelled like dog. Also there was a strong dog smell on the bed as I went to sleep. The room had some dammage, it was not pretty, it was missing part of moldings and the doors were scratched up, the bathroom vent had mold growing in it. In the morning we went for breakfast and it was so so. the juice was watery. The second day we just went to mcdonalds for breakfast. Finally I wanted to use the jaccuzi before I left because that was what made me decide to book. Well the jets werent workkng and the surface of the water looked oily and it seemed to have a chemical smell so we just went back to the room and packed up and left. Jaccuzi was not usable. On the way out there was a piece of dog poop on the floor. I give the bed comfort a 10. It was amazing and I slept well but the rest of the place was pretty bad. I didnt know it was a dog hotel. Red roof inn will not be an option anymore for me.

Facility was heavily traffic and showed it. Trash cans and carpet in main access hallways were poorly maintained. Breakfast wasn't hot.
