Room was spacious.

First, mixup on name check in problem. Second initial room was not what we selected and we had to change to another room, not fun. Thirdly, the evening wine / cheese service was a joke. Fourth, the breakfast service was a train wreck, for staff. Too many guests, not enough staff refilling food. Chef for egg bar needed help and it was painful to see her struggling. She was overwhelmed. A number system wood assist guests and chef regarding who ordered what and help everyone! During morning rush, hire extra people. After, speaking to other guests, it was obvious Element will probably loose clients, especially corporate travelers who didn’t receive their ordered food or service as needed. Overall, morning chaos, having to ask numerous times for more coffee, yogurt, etc. Guests just want to eat and start their day’s journey or busy business activities. Overall, we will not be using this site again.

Very clean, modern and comfortable room. Enjoyed my stay and greatly appreciated the 12:00 noon checkout time vs other hotels that are typically earlier.

The kitchen only had one fork in the cabinet, but plenty of knives and spoons. The shower floor is very slick and slippery so you must be careful when you use it.

We loved the room itself, it was spacious and very large. There were four of us and we all had lots of room. Beds were super comfortable, the bathroom was huge and super clean! There were lots of restaurants and shopping near by, staff was really helpful and very nice. After a disappointing stay in a Universal Orlando Resort that was twice the price of this hotel, our stay at The Element was very appreciated!

There wasn't anything that we disliked.

Suite was a good size and I liked that it had filtered water available through the sink. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good, the option of actual cooked food by someone else was really nice. The egg white tacos were very tasty. Location was very convenient to the interstate.

Parking wasn't awful but could be more. Views was pretty limited.

Room very large and very clean. Breakfast had staff cooking made to order eggs and property also had unexpected to us free wine, cheese, bread and olives in early evening. Tremendous bonus. Definitely would stay and recommend this property. Loved it.

For myself -pillows too high but for my husband they were perfect.

Nice facility and wonderful breakfast option

My stay was diminished by the poor housekeeping on the second floor. Despite being there for 4 days my bed was never attended to, my coffee service was never refilled, my used towel remained hanging on the door despite, getting new towels every other day. I was saddened as it was not reflective of the Marriott brand.

Not enough towels, no blackout shades or curtains! We were up at the crack of dawn! Very surprising to pay almost $200 and no curtains?! Breakfast kept running out of forks, (I never got one), took forever to get eggs, no one at the front desk to check me out

Freeway noise was very loud in room all night, hard to sleep, room key needed to turn lights on was annoying and not useful as I had to get out of bed to turn off lights across the room

the front desk staff, especially Mary G she was exceptional. upon arrival she was friendly and welcoming it was extremely late when we arrived our room was not one that I particularly liked but it was late and we were going to make it work, but the blinds weren't working and we were on the 1st floor and our beds were facing the parking lot so that wouldn't have worked. so we informed Mary G of the issue and she quickly upgraded us to a King suite which we weren't expecting such grand accommodations and needless to say our stay went from just having a place to lay our heads to feeling at home. however, there were some issues. I'm a forner assistant, General Manager of Hilton Hotels, but my husband and i never heard of your property before and wanted to deviste from our normal Hilton accommodations. However, no matter where i stay, Q/A is something i look for, so i noticed a few things . having a key to turn the lights on was different but not a deterrent. the tray where the coffee pot is stationed wasn't clean. the table in front of the window has some sort of hard plastic stain on it The ottoman in front of the sofa wasn't clean, the pillows on the sectional need to be cleaned, and the windows are filled with dead bugs the shade in the living area is frayed needs to be changed, the shower could use a shower shelf or caddy to hold your items, and we found a dunkin donuts bag under the sofa along with someone's apple ear buds which we turned onto the front desk staff. since im a person who travels with my own cleaning supplies, I always bring products to clean areas that I use to make my stay comfortable. however, I would stay again because the overall cleanliness of the hotel was satisfactory.

The property was close to everything you could need.

We, family of 5, stayed 2 nights. When I got to my room, which had the 2 queen beds and sleeper sofa, I had 2 towels and 2 wash clothes. My kids pulled the sleeper sofa out and it had not been stripped of the sheets. There was a blanket all aray in the folded mattress as well. I let it go the first night because we didn’t need the sleeper sofa. The next morning I stopped on my way out and asked for there to be 8 towels and 8 wash clothes brought up and the sleeper sofa be stripped so we could use it that night. I got back to the room that evening and had towels but only 2 more wash clothes. The sleeper sofa was never stripped either.

Location right next the highway was very loud. Pool was nasty. Most staff was not friendly. No ice on our floor. Air would not go below 70, like it was controlled.

Good looking up to date modern hotel.

Our only issue is that the room was not clean. There was dog hair all over the chair in the corner and the floor.

It is very close to everything! Breakfast was great! Bed was so comfortable.

Wifi is not good and the power went out 3-4 times in one day. Not sure what happened 🤷🏼‍♀️

Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Front desk receptionist was nice. We had no issues with the noise as others have mentioned. It was a nice stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The entire property was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The attention to detail was evident, and everything appeared new and modern. Additionally, its convenient location near the interstate route made it a perfect choice for travelers. Highly recommended!

While the hotel itself was pleasant and offered many amenities, I must express my disappointment with the service provided by the Cook Chef. Unfortunately, during my stay, I encountered an ongoing issue with the speed of service at the restaurant. The Cook Chef was consistently working at an extremely slow pace, resulting in long waiting times and substantial lines forming daily. As a guest, it was frustrating to see that the slow service persisted throughout my entire stay, leaving a negative impression on an otherwise enjoyable experience at your establishment. I understand that busy periods can be challenging, but it seemed like this was a recurring problem that needed to be addressed

The hotel is in a great location. The hotel is clean. The staff was tremendous. Breakfast was outstanding. I have found my hotel for my trips to Knoxville.

Very Clean And Modern Checkin & Checkout Times!!!

Location very difficult to find in area.I’d gotten lost numerous times in finding the hotel.Even asked several for directions and used GPS.If had a landmark nearby and exit number off I-40 Westbound.I even called front desk at property and had no knowledge of exit #.I happened to be on correct road and finally stopped and asked again at a restaurant .The personnel told me hotel was just down the road hidden in back of lot.Barely could see the entrance sign and jammed up against Home 2 hotel.Tired traveling and it took a waste of time locating the hotel.
