I would not recommend this stay.

The only thing worth mentioning is the price being reasonable and it being minutes from downtown. I will say the staff was friendly.

It was not as clean as the pictures, there were stains, grime, and we had a faulty shower that leaked and sprayed everywhere. The carpet throughout the halls were so dirty, coming up, and stained. The indoor pool was FREEZING. The kids were looking forward to it but the temperature had to be around 50 degrees in there, and the pool was even colder, the water was murky and again, just not clean. The hot tub was cemented up and the gym was not accessible either. They said the belt on the treadmills were broken, but you couldn't have access to the weights either. I just wouldn't trust the pictures. It was very disappointing for a Country Inn & Suites.

I found a cockroach in the bathroom. When I called the front desk, they said they would leave a note for the manager and that’s all they could do. The refrigerator was not working, so my leftovers I put in there were not edible. The bath towels were dirty.

The towels that were provided were stained/dirty. The shower curtain was too small so the bathroom floor got absolutely soaked. There was a ball of hair (not ours) in our bed, which we unfortunately did not notice until the morning when we were packing up to leave.

The morning staff were wonderful and kind. A true friendly and welcoming face. The bedding was soft Allowed late check in

1. The first room I entered smelled of week smoke. I had to request a new room. 2. The door of the room at scratches and chipped paint which was indicative of what the room looked like. 3. Even the lock looked broken. 4. The toilet took forever to flush and the toilet seat was chipped and cracked. 5. The shower curtain was ripped as well. 6. Three of the towels has dark stains on them. 7. The windows shield was also torn drastically. 8. Night employees did not communicate (not rude) - lacked hospitality. 9. The walls had chipped paint all over them and there were parts of one wall that had a primer.

The location is convenient. The clerk was nice when we checked in.

Some rude staff, especially in dining room. The comforter on the bed was not clean. One of the towels had hard mucus on it. I did not shower or use other towels after I saw that. Dead bugs in the window seal. Reported everything to day clerk. She did apologize. Nothing else was said by management about the issues. We were not greeted or thanked as we left. I did tell them that I was sorry that I had such a bad stay and that I would not return.

Great place to stay!

Super close to everything and budget friendly! We booked this place for the Tennessee and Oklahoma game and it was super neat to be able to book a bus to and from so we didn’t have to worry about driving or parking fees.

Have stayed here the last 2 times we visited. Location is great for shopping. Breakfast is good. Rooms are clean and updated. Cleaning staff was super nice and friendly. Pool is warm and clean. Hotel is quint and has everything we look for at a reasonable rate.

Carpet was dirty. A/c unit filters were broke off down in where they slide out to be cleaned and were visibly nasty and caked up with dust. Both rooms we had smelled. The pool wasn’t circulating and was cold even though it was indoor pool. Had hair floating on the surface. For the price we expected a lot better quality rooms.

Very reasonable cost for a nice overnight stay

We stayed in Room 506, which turned out to be a handicapped-accessible room (though we didn’t need that feature). The room was a good size with a large bathroom. It even had a chair in the bathroom that was handy for holding towels and other things. The room location was convenient, close to the elevator, and the view from the 5th floor was nice. The room itself was a very good value. Everything worked well. Breakfast was hot and offered the usual items like egg patties, two types of sausage, biscuits, bagels, bread, cereal, a waffle maker, juices, and more. We also enjoyed the complimentary cookies available in the lobby.

The one negative is that there was nowhere to hang clothes. The closet had a full shelf right in the middle of the vertical space, and there was no hanging bar at all. An ironing board was tucked diagonally below the shelf.

The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The hot breakfast was good, and anything more than a continental breakfast is always a plus for us. The location was good and the staff was friendly. My kids really enjoyed the indoor pool. The stay was high quality and affordable.

The listing advertises a hot tub and this is one of the reason we chose to book here. When we arrived, we found that the hot tub and been filled. I think that should be fixed and not falsely advertised. We also requested a room on the ground floor but they were unable to accommodate us., which we knew was a possibility. The elevators were old and creaky and scary.

Not as expected!

It was definitely not as expected! Pictures were NOT what we got. No hot tub(filled in) torn window curtain. Cracked sink in bathroom. Couch was terrible and no mattress on it so we couldn't use it at all! Clearly broken door security. Overall poor condition for the room we got. Only stayed one night and basiccly used it to sleep and change so we kept it but definitely would have changed rooms or hotels completely if planned to stay longer.

Shabby and poorly maintained. Very disappointing.

Not much. Very disappointed. I added stayed at other country Inn and was looking forward to this visit. This place is shabby and poorly maintain. The sink was cracked. The toilet seat was worn away. In a public restroom, the toilet seat was not even attached to the toilet. The walls and doors were scratched in dented. We stayed at a Holiday Inn express the previous night for just about the same amount of money and the experience was much more pleasant.
