Location, friendly staff and comfortable bed.

Room smelled a bit like stinky socks. It made me feel as though the carpet wasn’t clean. The couch was a bit worn looking as well.

Good location and lobby was very clean . The staff were very welcoming and kind and it was quiet with no disturbances.

The bathroom was dirty, the tub had dirt marks visibly seen. The floor in the bathroom was broken with dirt/ dirty grout. The beds were extremely hard , like sleeping on a concrete block.

Disappointed with the standard of the facilities, pleased with the hospitality and cleanliness.

It was quite clean and the staff was very nice.

It’s a renovated older building. We thought a plus category meant it would be a nicer hotel. It meant the room had a pretty good kitchenette. The room and bath were just okay. The lobby and breakfast area were not very nicely presented.

Our stay at the Best Western was amazing!

It was so clean and smelled great! It was very comfortable and the staff was terrific! The breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of choices. My favorite part was the water fountain they had! We left an expensive item and they were very honest and sent us a text message informing us. We were out of the area already but they said they would ship our item to us! Fabulous hotel and I highly recommend staying if ever in the area!

The room was well equipped & clean with a comfy bed.

The overt intent to freshen the air in the room led to a sleepless night as I later discovered the airwick or similar brand freshener was right under the built in night stand just feet from my face. It kept me up all night & whatever sleep I got was more than restless.
