Unprofessional and unkempt. Spend your money elsewhere.

The “desk person” was asleep when we came in the door, went to the room to find no hot water and the heat not working in the room. Went back down to the lobby to find the same “desk person” barefoot and disheveled. Got refunded and left. Unprofessional and unkempt. Spend your money elsewhere.

The room was bright and clean.

The room is SOOOOOO small we couldn't walk. But the worse thing was the smell!!! It was non-smoking but someone was smoking "something" in a room. I had to get some room spray and light a candle. It was horrible.

Do not stay at this hotel worse I've ever stayed at.

When you could get in the bed the mattresses were pretty comfortable.

I was in handicap room however it was not. The bed was as tall as my Walker and I couldn't get in it. The front door was not handicap accessible the rubber mats there were also bad for Walker, the staff was rude and the room was filthy. Was supposed to pay one night only and they charged me for three I was there only two nights I'm still trying to get my money.

It was a pleasant stay!

I stayed on the ground floor and it was nice! The bed was comfy, the bathroom was clean, the tv worked. I didn’t go to the fitness area so idk if the pool was open or not. Breakfast is kind of bready, they had toast, bagels, waffles, cereal and yogurt. Coffee and juice was good.

Everything has been remodeled no breakfast due to still under construction

they could not find my reservation so I had to pay for the night right at the hotel . They say this has happened before when someone has booked using another site which is not there,s so they had to have people book while they are there. I would appreciate if I could get my money back from my original booking. Had no problem with my booking at Drury Suites the next day even thou they were both done through booking.com

I love that you are renovating the hotel but it’s not advice on the website. I wasn’t interested in breakfast but coffee. Nothing was offer. I wouldn’t have stayed if I knew they were renovating the hotel. I understand that you don’t advertise it but I end up with an allergy. Otherwise, everything looked clean.

Nice hotel. GREAT staff....

The room was what I expected, clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was just so so. It was typical of a hotel breakfast. The staff that welcomed us was exceptional. Alexis, who was at the front desk, helped us a lot. One of the people in our party that was in a different vehicle, got lost and was in downtown Knoxville, Alexis got on her cell phone and helped us direct him to the hotel next to yours. She went above and beyond what was expected and she should be commended for it. I thanked her numerous times and I also mentioned it when I checked out.

Cannot think of anything...well, maybe the price. I thought it was a bit pricy for the hotel but it was expected.

it was so disgusting and I will NEVER stay again.

it was DISGUSTING. There were BLOOD STAINS on the curtains and dripped down the side of the mattress. the shower had mold at the drain and had clearly not been cleaned in a very long time. there was nasty sticky stuff on the wall, and we saw multiple bugs in the room. horrible stay.
