I had to figure out why the tv was not working I called the front desk to help and they automatically said they can’t help me until tomorrow morning and she didn’t even try helping me figure it out, she said she was going to call me back and never did

Bad place to stay

Online it seemed it perfect when I got to the property it was difficult they wanted an extra charge on my card.

I was told last night if I leave a cash deposit I will get it back in the morning as I was leaving out at 11:00 a.m. I checked out and they said I wasn't getting my deposit back because of a red hair dye stain that was in the towels it's washable

Room was pretty good size and had everything we needed fridge, microwave etc.

Indoor pool is out of service and was still advertised on booking. Didnt find out until we got here. Very disappointing. Asked for discount or to cancel reservation and was denied. I only booked for the swimming pool.

Rooms have exposed plumbing and electrical. Remodel incomplete room 304. We were woken up at 4am by the people in room 302. Extremely loud arguing. You can hear everything through the adjoining room door. We spoke to front desk and they offered a bottle of water. Next night at 10pm awoke to another reservation in room 302 screaming and threatening to beat his wife. We called front desk. They did nothing. We checked out immediately in fear for our safety. The front desk refused to refund our deposit. This is completely unacceptable. We have stayed at several Best Westerns throughout the United States. This location should not be operating under the Best Western brand.

Clean room & comfortable bed.

Too small of a parking area in front of the lobby, for checking in. The one-way lanes going in and out of the parking in the back parking lot. The pool was closed, because of renovations,which was not mentioned when booking.

The receptionists are friendly and ready to help immediately. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The linens and towels are clean. We liked everything.

It’s well located and clean

The person in the front deck. Very rude. We paid an extra night to enter early in the morning. She showed up at 9 am. We have to wait for almost 2 hours to get our room. Besides that she has a bad attitude.

Great hot breakfast. Good bed linens. 4 pillows on each bed. Two luggage racks. Closet and an iron. Coffee maker. Fridge. Elevator and room doors inside the building. Free parking.

Insecure parking lot. Couldn't watch Netflix. TV wouldn't connect to the Internet. Only 2 outlets at the beds for 4 sleepers and devices.

Very disappointing would not recommend if you like your cleanliness.

Nothing, we left within 2 hours, the room smelt weird and the walls were all peeling. We spoke to the staff and said because it had been more than 2 hours since check in there was nothing they could do about the cleanliness or our un satisfaction.

The room looked so old and had a very bad smell. It felt very dirty and we did not feel comfortable staying. The staff was unhelpful and was not willing to help us in any way because we booked through booking.com. Very disappointed and the fact we had to spend more money to go to a cleaner hotel.

Decent, convenient stay for an event at Allstate Arena. Fair for the price.

Area seemed safe, convenient gas station shop next door, breakfast quesadillas were good, plenty of hot water to fill hot tub in the room, plenty of parking, close to Allstate Arena, no issues with check in/check out or keys, etc.

Pool was out of order, coffee and juice at breakfast were mostly water, mattress was very odd and not that comfy, same with pillows, low water pressure in shower, inconvenient entrance (I missed it and every Uber driver missed it)

The staff was great! Very helpful. Breakfast was a full hot breakfast, like Denny's or IHOP. The room was quiet and well appointed, Beds were extremely comfortable. Large screen TV with cable.

Nothing! This property is disgusting and not clean at all. We didn’t even stay for one night because there was vaginal blood all over the room, stains on the walls and the beds. Their excuse was “miscommunication” now they won’t rerun emails or calls regarding a refund for the nights that we didn’t even stay. We left just an hour after we checked in! The general manager is making excuses and is incredibly rude on and off the phone!! NEVER STAY HERE!!!

I was completely mislead online about this hotel. I will not stay there again.

The windows opened which was nice because the hotel smelled like Marijuana.

Marijuana being smoked and smelled up hotel, sketchy people hanging around outside, razorblades and pipes all over the parking lot. I asked for a refund because I didn't feel safe and he told me no so I offered to pay for first night even. He told me the police station was a mile away if I needed them!

The breakfast provided was excellent. The staff were really helpful.

Had bagels, coffee, fruit and juice. Bread products were very good. Opted to eat at local breakfast place to get more food choices (husband doesn't eat red meat)

Room had an odor and seemed like it had't been cleaned in a while. Mattress was old with unsightly torn edges that weren't covered by the bedding. Don't know whether all the king rooms need updating. Stayed in a room at same property with comfortable, newer queen beds just the month before,

this property is trash. The first room smelled like cigarettes. Then she told me there’s no smoking on property. How would you know what peoples is doing in the room? when she gave me a second room 307 it look like someone broke into the door. The door was half way open it looked like somebody can put something in the door and see what you doing. management is very poor. Check your rooms and check your property before showing anyone trash like this! 😡😡
