Location was great for anyone going to Allstate Arena. Bed was comfortable.
Tv didn't allow anything to be hooked up to the HDMI and the pool heater was broken so since it's an indoor pool, the water was freezing cold.

Staff courteous, kind, professional, and always ready to help. Entire property incredibly clean & tidy.
Coffee available 24/7. Free parking. Nice gym & pool.
Location is nice in the fact that it is off the main roads. However it is close to O’Hare airport. I slept poorly if at all due to the roaring sound of the airplanes all night long. Perhaps the rooms could be better soundproofed?
Towels are very rough and scratchy.
The doors of the room~ there is no way to open or close them quietly. I needed to leave early morning as my companions were still asleep. however the very loud door sound woke them.
Very pricey hotel $220 for one night of very little sleep.

Close to restaurant and Allstate arena walking distance
Stayed here 2 years ago remembered it was great nice and clean. NOT THIS TIME felt icky staying in the room floors were dirty why checking beds for bed bugs like normal my husband lifted the bed and found underwear!?!?!?! Dint look like the room was fully cleaned just quick pass if the last person didn’t get it super dirty it was good will not stay agian
