This was our 5th stay at avid hotel in Des Plaines, and once again they came through for us! We normally stay here the night before our trips to Europe, but this time we ended up needing them after our flight was canceled and the airline lost both of our bags.
Nothing to complain about!

Stayed here 2 years ago remembered it was great nice and clean. NOT THIS TIME felt icky staying in the room floors were dirty why checking beds for bed bugs like normal my husband lifted the bed and found underwear!?!?!?! Dint look like the room was fully cleaned just quick pass if the last person didn’t get it super dirty it was good will not stay agian
