Great breakfast. The man who checked us in couldn’t have been nicer. Room was comfortable and the room and bathroom were spotless.

Maybe the convenience store selections. It was kind of late so perhaps earlier guests had taken everything. The last thing I wanted after a long plane ride was more junk food.

I would stay here again next time I am in need of a stay close to O’Hare airport.

The property was very clean and today. The room was very comfortable and well appointed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was convenient to O’Hare long term parking which was ideal.

I had thought I would be able to leave my vehicle onsite in their parking lot. Turns out this is only available through a third party reservation. Propertty was close to O’Hare parking lots so everything worked out fine.

Hotel value compromised due to poor shuttle service.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was clean. Complimentary breakfast is always a bonus.

Very disappointed in the airport shuttle service. Every 30 minutes might be fine, but I was staying at the hotel to compete in the Chicago Marathon, of which I paid significantly for. The morning of the race, myself and two other runners were kicked off the shuttle to leave space for travelers. The shuttle fits 14 and only 11 were on the shuttle. The driver had one more stop to make, which I guess was to pick up more than 3 passengers. There is no excuse for this. The hotel knows the marathon is happening, because the rates are inflated for travelers during the rate weekend and deflated otherwise. Because Fairfield knows about the race, they know runners will be using the CTA blue line to get to downtown to race. So it seems prudent to provide an additional shuttle on race day in the morning. If you don't want to provide additional staffing for shuttle drivers, the shuttle seating should be first-come, first-served. Travelers don't have any higher priority getting to the airport than runners do getting to their race. A missed flight can be rescheduled. A missed race cannot. We won't be staying here next year when I run the Chicago Marathon again.

The hotel staff double-charged our bank card and said it will take 5 days to return the money. They simply said it was a mistake. Their attitude was also unfriendly. No apology was given. No sure we will receive the refund back or not.

Clean and efficient airport hotel

My room and bathroom were super clean, a very high standard of cleanliness. The downstairs bar is nice and the staff down there and at the front desk were professional and communicated clearly. The airport shuttle is convenient and the driver was nice.

It's an airport hotel – you wouldn't go there for the neighborhood. It's really close to the airport though. To get to town, I took the airport shuttle back to the airport and got on the train.

We ended up needing to change to a bigger room and the staff was wonderful and helpful through the process. The bartender was friendly and provided great service. The rooms were well updated and clean. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, even for a picky kid.

The website did not state the King suite had a pull out full couch or we would have booked that to begin with instead of the double queen beds. The parking lot was full so finding parking was rather difficult.

Absolutely outstanding hotel

I am very picky about my room. This room was the cleanest and nicest room I've ever stayed in! Thank you so much, I was exhausted and slept so good! Wish we would not have had to leave before breakfast.

Only one thing. Better instructions on where to be picked up at the airport. We waited an hour cause our instructions were not specific enough and had to move several times at the airport to get to the right area.

Great Stay!

We were on our way out of the country, so it was just a quick overnight stay so we were near airport. Shuttle service was running a little late, but we made it to the airport in plenty of time. about a 10 min ride. Room was clean and nice. Bathroom good size and coffee available to make in room. We were hungry after arriving in evening, bartender took our order and made us hot food. we enjoyed it. We would stay here again.
