Location is super convenient to O'Hare. Shuttle service prompt. Plenty of choices of restaurants opposite the hotel. Room is large and clean. AIrcon control works well in freezing winter. Check in and check out very efficient.

Airport shuttle should have name of hotel on the rear of the bus.

The room had an overpowering chemical scent that persisted all night. AIRPORT SHUTTLE ONLY RUNS UNTIL 10PM. Slippery shower. Be sure to use the bathmat!

Great for overnight because of long layover

I extended my stay another night and asked if I would be charged an early check in fee and was told no . When I got home check my receipt and everything I was charge a $50 early check in fee . That doesn’t make any sense . Why would you lie and I asked u about it

Wonderful staff, hotel and location. Will be staying here again in the future.

The main reason we stay at this hotel is when we attend concerts at the All State Arena. The location is perfect! But we love our stays at this hotel regardless. The staff is always wonderful and accommodating, and the hotel is clean.

I don’t have much to complain about but the parking is not the best. However given their location, it is to be expected.

It was within walking distance of our concert venue, tons of food, and the rooms were very comfortable and clean.

The bed was a little hard, but that's a personal preference and doesn't reflect on the hotel at all.

The breakfast place was nice. The breakfast items are the usual (bread, fruits, sausage and eggs, waffles, oatmeal, juices, coffee). I think it was just me expecting more, say, meat, in the menu. I did not expect to love their oatmeal but I did! Check-in was straightforward.

Chicago’s short trip

Spacious clean rooms, nice comfortable bed, big restroom. Adequate American breakfast. The best thing was the shuttle bus to & from the blue line.

Inadequate airport shuttle

Comfortable beds, good shower

Obviously short staffed. We had flight delay and booked last minute. Only 1 shuttle running and some people had to wait nearly 2 hrs for transport to the hotel. Next morning missed the included breakfast because only shuttle space was 5 am. Staff tired and grumpy matched travelers mood.

A restful place to stay between flights.

The shuttle bus service from the airport was very convenient. We were given a large, well furnished room that offered all the requisite facilities. The room was very clean and the beds were most comfortable, giving a good night's sleep. There was a reasonable range of food both hot and cold available at breakfast.

There is no vending machine for drinks obviously available which was a small inconvenience.

Good location near airport. Rooms are modern and in good shape.

Despite the advertising, the shuttle from ORD is *not* 24/7. It runs roughly once an hour, and stops around 9 PM. You have to have a reservation for the shuttle or else it might be full and not take you. If you don't make it, you'll have to take an Uber.

A good option for airport hotel.

The cleanliness, comfortable beds and pillows, large bathrooms, great breakfast, airport shuttle service.

The shuttle driver was about 1 1/2 hr late. No explanation. Many other hotel shuttles circled multiple times before this one came. Many unhappy customers waited a long time.

For a $350 a night room I was surprised they didn't give one water bottle (every other hotel I stay at does); one elevator was broken with a full hotel I spent a lot of time going up and down stairs to 4th floor!

The location was a convenience.

Definitely need some love. Staff could have been friendlier. I should not feel like a bother for asking you a simple question. Elevators need to be fixed and a good cleaning definitely couldn’t hurt. Parking SUCKS THE WORST and it’s 19$ additional per day.
