This Art Nouveau villa is just a three-minute walk from the lake and combines antique furniture, contemporary art, and a 3,500 m² fenced-in garden. You’ll stay in two fully equipped apartments that together offer space for several generations—complete with a fireplace, a sofa area, and two rooftop terraces.



The ground floor features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with a kitchen where the whole group can gather around the large dining table. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms and a bathroom. The stylish blend of antique and modern furniture runs throughout both apartments, and the open fireplace invites you to linger in the evenings.



In the garden, you can gather under the wisteria pergola at the large granite table or relax on the lounge chairs next to the grill and fire pit. Children can explore the treehouse, while the rooftop terraces upstairs, furnished with lounge furniture and deck chairs, invite you to unwind—one with a view of the lake and morning sun, the other with mountain views and evening sun.



Dogs are welcome here by arrangement! To ensure everyone feels completely at home and the house remains pleasant for all guests, we ask that you make sure your dog does not jump on the sofa or into the bedrooms. Please bring your own dog bed, a favorite blanket, and food and water bowls for your four-legged friend.



Nearby, you’ll find beaches, restaurants, cafés, an ice cream shop, a bakery, a supermarket, and a promenade with a boat dock. From there, you can take a boat to Cannobio or Isola Bella. By car, you can reach Locarno as well as the Maggia and Verzasca valleys, and from Laveno, a cable car takes you up the mountain.
