We had a Lovely stay at Umi Resort. We wanted to extend it cause we only had 2 days, but it was fully booked unfortunatly. Everything from the start to the end was amazing. The staff was very friendly, food and drinks were top notch! -special thanks to Satya who made great Strawberry Mojitos and were so kind to us! Even teached us some Indonesian 🙏 Also a Girl who served us drinks and food was so Welcoming and always had a smile on her face! I didnt catch her name but i wish her all the best🙏 Cold and hot plunge was a great way to start the day, i hope i will be back here someday! We even made some great friends from New Zealand❤️

The staff and the cleanliness
The sensor light on the ceiling emits a bright blue light and is too bright at nights when sleeping

Nice pool area and cocktails
Not enough staff. Long wait time for breakfast because too many guests and not enough staff. No check in information sent and has to figure it out ourselves.
