Best spot in Uluwatu, but even better staff!

Exceptional service! We stayed here for 4 nights in Uluwatu and the staff went above and beyond for my sister and I. We loved all the nightly surprises and everyone we spoke to was friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious, secure, clean, very Barbie-pink, and the best location in Uluwatu! Tons of restaurants, shops, and spas all within a 5-10 minute walk. From being picked up from the airport by our friendly driver, communicating with Eva and Ben/front desk, speaking with the kind hotel manager, nice housekeepers, and every service worker, we were shown great hospitality in all aspects. For our first time in Bali, our expectations were exceeded and we will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful stay and I hope you guys continue being the best! 🤗🩷

This is such a cute and fun hotel. I booked into the surfer budget room and it was comfortable. I felt completely safe and at home as a solo traveller. The little surprises every day were such a nice touch and the hotels pink theme is like a Barbie dream house. The staff are incredible and go beyond expectations.

I booked a basic room and the shower is pretty basic but apart from that everything was perfect.

Lovely service and great location

We stayed as a couple and loved it. Amazing location and service. Breakfast was also incredible. The surprises during the day were lovely as juices and snacks. Definitely would be back!

Amazing stay!

Everything! I've been travelling for a year and this is one of the best places I've stayed by far. The building is beautiful and it feels luxurious without being pretentious. The service is incredible, and the little surprises and free finger food throughout the day are lovely touches. The pool is lovely and warm and the Pool View Rooms are so good for relaxing by the pool all day. The restaurant serves delicious food.

The only downside was a little bit of maintenance in the room next door - some hammering to fix something. However the staff were incredibly apologetic and gave us free cocktails as an apology - even though the maintenance only lasted about an hour (I used this time to visit the on site spa!)

A truly wonderful place in a sea of adulted pink wonder close to beach and main attractions

The PinkCoco adults only style - LOVE IT!, the amazing crew - Ayu, Benjamin, Kanz! Vegan breakfast- YUM, 3 gorgeous pools, massage centre - right there on the complex and so close to beaches. The lovely surprises are thoughtful and fun 💜🥰

A few more vegan dinner options in main menu would be my only request 🙏😉

The perfect place for pink princesses to live it up!

Staying at Pink Coco is surreal. It’s like staying at Barbie’s dreamhouse. The pool is delicious and the staff are utterly fabulous. You’ll never want to leave.

Was so cool pools were fab place was fab they even left me little gifts in the room which where amazing! Provided pjs and foot tongs. Staff were so lovely and was a 5 min walk to Padang beach which was an amazing spot.

Padang Padang hotel with sea views, great food, and welcoming staff

The staff were truly lovely and attentive, both at the hotel and restaurant, always taking care of us and helping even after we had checked out. The hotel itself has an original style, nice pools, and our room was very clean, with a comfy bed and a private balcony offering a sea view. It’s within walking distance of Padang Padang beach—a beautiful spot, though a bit crowded at times, with monkeys mostly near the temple on the way down. The location in western Bukit is also excellent if you want to explore several of the area’s stunning beaches, while managing not to be surrounded by construction sites like it seems to be the case too often in this part of Bali... The restaurant, while not local in style, was a refreshing change: Italian-inspired dishes that were really well done, along with great cocktails. Breakfast was really tasty and more than enough, with the added bonus of being available until noon, which is perfect for jetlagged travelers like us. Would definitely recommend !

The shower design felt unnecessarily unconventional and a little messy, though not a major issue. While the room was very clean, we did notice a strange sand-like residue reappearing quickly on the balcony even after cleaning—possibly from insects, though we never found the source.

Budget friendly boutique hotel . Amazing staff that can’t do enough for you

Great location , lovely staff . Very cute little hotel with gorgeous grounds and pools . Location so central to really good restaurants & bars and 5min walk to the beach . Room its self was nice , really comfy bed .. good aircon and nice little touches with there surprises through out the day . Wifi was good . Tv is smart tv so you can stream Netflix or whatever while getting ready to go out . My only downside was the bathrooms . To be fair my own fault as I didn’t realise it was an open air bathroom when I booked but the mosquito’s were bad in there . Food in restaurant for breakfast was made to order and loads of choice can’t fault it . I Would definitely stay here again but would choose a room with internal bathroom

How this place only has 3 stars is a shock to me! This place is paradise! We were a little bit dubious at first on what we were about to walk into, we weren’t sure if it was gonna be a bit tacky or shabby but from the moment we got here we have been blown away. The photos do this place no justice. It is soooo beautiful & well maintained. I’ve never seen so many groundsmen daily working on the premise to keep it all looking clean & beautiful. From the moment we arrived they had big smiles & grabbed our bags & sat us down during check in & gifted us with a welcome drink & refresh towel. Instant bliss. They gave us the reception WhatsApp number which is manned by someone 24/7. So whatever question you had you could just message them & they’d reply almost instantly. They organised our laundry to be done, car to get back to the airport, spa services. So many things & always so willingly & kind about it. The pools are way bigger in real life than they look like in the pictures so that was a pleasant surprise as well. Having the El Bacio restaurant on the premise was sooo amazing. The ease of messaging them on WhatsApp to have cocktails delivered to the pool was epic! Having the breakfast included was a game changer. I’m coeliac & was really worried about how I’d go but they were SO understanding & nearly every meal was able to be altered for me. Plus they homemake their GF bread & it is the besttt I think I’ve ever had. Even my friend who isn’t GF chose to eat it. I’ll be dreaming about it when I go home. All in all this place is epic & my review is already too long but I haven’t even touched on the ‘surprises’. My bestie & I had no idea what that meant but as the days went on we discovered that sporadically, but consistently!

A good location place for a short stay in Uluwatu

Breakfast has a good selection and a good quantity, too. The location is very good, close to the beach and busy streets with a variety of shops and stores. The staff is nice and friendly; they assisted us with a beach club booking.

Check in at 3:00 pm and check out at 11:00 am, we asked for a late check out and they gave us until 12:00 pm. Wifi is weak and unstable.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic – we have truly never experienced such thoughtful and attentive service before. Every little detail was taken care of with so much care, and all the special touches made us feel very welcome. The place was just as beautiful as in the photos – everything so wonderfully pink and perfectly styled. It was simply perfect! On top of that, there is a stunning beach only a three-minute walk away, which made the experience even more unforgettable. I would come back here without hesitation. Superb, we fell in love!

We loved everything about the property! The staff were so attentive, the constant surprises were great, the location was spot on. Uluwatu has so much to offer, bars, restaurants, shops, beach. A great touch was having the beauty salon attached to the back of the hotel. Such amazing treatments on offer. We can only highly recommend this property for an unforgettable holiday!

The room was a great size, bed was comfy and the pool area was lovely. Our room got cleaned twice a day and in the evening we were given little treats which was a lovely touch. If you spend the day by the pool they also hand out free snacks. The breakfast choice was huge!

Absolutely everything! Trip advisor actually contacted me to ask if I’d received any incentives to write the review I did 😂. The only thing wife and I received was exceptional service! From the moment We checked in We felt so special. Super friendly and helpful Indonesian staff working extremely hard and never without a smile on their faces. Top Italian Chef running the kitchen where delicious food was served. Dj set or live singer during dinner.. Our room was incredible! Go for the horizon view if you can! Breakfast was included and the best we had over our few weeks travelling. Thanks again to all @ PinkCoCo Uluwatu ❤️

Loved the vibe here, friendly staff and great location. They think of everything in your rooms and at the property. Treats around the pool & rooms done twice daily.

Magical , highlight of our trip!

We absolutely loved everything! The staff were amazing , everyone was so cheerful and helpful. The hotel and pool were wonderful , and the attention to detail! Each night we had a turn down service, cookies and a little message written on the mirror. Free snacks by the pool too!

Too expensive for what it is!

All staff we met were friendly, pleasant and helpful. The location is excellent - close to lots of nice restaurants if you don't want to get a scooter, and the beach is a 5 minute walk too.

The room had a very bad smell when we arrived - likely mould. We noticed the top of the water bottle (drinking water) was very dirty/scummy underneath. It's possible this bottle has been reused many times and not cleaned? While the constant surprises are a fun aspect (like writing short messages on the mirror while we were out at dinner) we thought it was a bit strange to come home to small slices of bread in the pink basket one night? After housekeeping, we always received 1 clean towel in our room instead of 2, and dirty glasses were never removed from our room (after housekeeping being in our room 3 times). The hotel in general needs renovation. The rooms are tired (including the pink pjs and flip flops they leave out for you), the pink beds by the pool are old and the white beds are totally discolored. The towels are also old and discoloured. We tried to order iced coffees from the pool via the Whatsapp and had to go and ask staff for them at the bar after waiting over 30 minutes. There were plenty of staff working, and no one else at the pool. We didn't receive all of our breakfast items one morning after waiting 30 minutes or so, and the restaurant was not busy. We also found the standard of the food to be quite poor. We ordered smoothie bowls and did not eat them. We spent 4 weeks travelling through Bali, and all accomodation we stayed in was excellent. Pink Coco was the most expensive hotel we booked. While the look of the hotel is definitely cool if you like pink and want to take photos, unfortunately we felt all other aspects of the hotel weren't up to par.

I adore the Pink Coco. It’s like a Barbie playhouse and the pools are delightful. My room had a balcony & an ocean view which were both superb. I also loved how kind the staff were not just to all their guests but also to the neighbouring cats, you could tell they really cared for them. As an animal lover this was a big plus for me.
