Amazing location set right in the middle of town, walking distance to cafes, beach’s, restaurants ect! The staff were super lovely, honest people and helped with anything you needed! Will be booking again 🤍🤍

Not well looked after, couldn’t use pool due to works being done on it. Long weedy unkept lawn area, pool looked empty needed water. Aircon not cold.

Best location, super safe, friendly staff

The location is in the main street and super safe for families or couples, staff are amazing and super helpful and really appreciate your privacy, best value for money, room so big and toilet is also big , so much wildlife 😜😁 but come on it's Bali monkeys snails frogs ...etc you name it, and everything is around you from markets to coffee shops to restaurants to clubs

The beds and room had some smell in it, not so clean, but again it's best value for money

Disappointed .

No breakfast. No housekeeping, no rubbish bins in the room. Shower cubicle was mouldy and gross. No ladder in the swimming pool. The whole place needs a good clean and better customer service. Seems like no one cared about the guests.

Great location! And also it wasn’t noisy. Other reviews in the area said noisy but maybe because these villas are set back a bit from the main road for me it was really quiet. Would love to stay here again - short walk to beach. Fab!

Great location and good value for money.

Location was perfect, just a short walk to Padang Padang Beach and many shops and restaurants. Room is spacious and staff is also helpful. It was very handy to have a convenience shop just besides the hotel.

Room and bathroom could be cleaner. No breakfast or kitchen facilities.

The property is extremely run down and dirty.The bathrooms on the lower part of the property are extremely smelly to the point where it was even impossible to have a restful sleep for my teenage kids .We noticed guests constantly tried to shift into other bungalows so we weren't the only people affected.Thursday are super noisy as the bar plays music till midnight. We know Uluwatu is more expensive then other parts of the island however we did not expect it to be quite so bad. A ridiculous price for what you get but there wasn't much around really unless we booked some foreign run villa priced out of reach. We try to support balinese owned hotels which this one is and completely understand its hard to maintain properties in the current economic climate .We are certainly not fussy when it comes to a bit of mould or doors which might not properly close we have that all the time but this place is BAD value for money. Its centrally located and aircon and wifi are good.Staff are somewhat friendly but mostly on their phones all day instead of looking after the property .even if they did care a little more like picking up rubbish not much they can do in regards to drainage issues. If you are not a fan of monkeys......there are lots on top of some bungalows.Cant blame them as I believe its due to lost habitat with all the building going on in Uluwatu and not the properties fault.

It looks nice, from the outside.

No cleaning. Door is not really closing. Somedays, there is no water. Had to wash using the pool water. WiFi is horrible. A/C is making a really loud noise. Toilets ventilation is loud also. Shower jets is low. Lots of insects or lezard coming into the room since the door does not close entirely.

Location to a number of nice restaurants and places to eat. Big open area surrounding the nice clean pool. Spacious rooms. An easy walk to Padang Padang beach. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Awesome place

The pool was nice, the villas were spacious and location was close to beach, 2 minute walk. The staff were really nice, they let us leave our bags at the place without charging us and also checked us in 2 hours earlier, amazing service.

Some areas were not cleaned properly inside the room but thats all and it was no big deal but something to note. Water wasnt that hot at all, so dont wait to have a shower at night unless you like cold showers

Was so close to Padang Padang beach, which was a great spot for us and our two young kids. Also not far from the other beautiful beaches in Uluwatu. There is also some really good restaurants and cafes and shopping close by, so was in a very convenient location.

The property and rooms need a whole make over. The grounds had not been mowed and were full of weeds. The pool was great for the first day, then it kept losing water everyday and filled with bugs and stones and grass. It did not feel very clean to be in the pool. The drapes and lamp looked as if they were full of mould, the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly, the bidet hose pipes had the worst smell, the villa doors were so loud opening and closing, there were ants and spiders that came in under the gaps of the doors, and occasionally there was very loud music playing from the restaurant located on the property, which was very inconvenient when putting down my kids for sleep. It was also an extra cost to have our room cleaned, so for longer stays, it is a bit if a pain.

We would definitely stay here again. With out question we enjoyed our stay.

We loved the property layout. It feels like a small village. The location to the beach was fantastic. The location to great restaurants was fantastic. Padang Padang Beach is breathtaking. The property staff arranged scooters for us, provided laundry service and were fantastic in every regard. The shower temperature and water pressure were the best we experience in Bali. First rate. The WiFi was great.

The pool was under construction, but we didn't care at all. We came for the beach and surfing. We did have unpleasant odors emanating from the drains in the bathroom. The AC didn't cool the room very well. Those were really our only dislikes.

It had a bamboo clothes rack outside for hanging wet clothes on Good location - right by the beach and food, markets

-smells like sewage when you use toliet or shower - Door doesn’t completely close in middle - mosquitos, spiders and geckos inside. - Loud partying all around you till 1am - Dirty - no offering of changed sheets or towels, asked for new towels and they could only give us 2. We needed 4. Never got back to us with more. - Air con barely works. - Very uncomfortable bed and flat pillows - Pool is unusable and dirty

Lovely

This place was a lovely find, rooms were great and very spacious. Location was perfect, a 5 minute downhill walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants/ bars/ shops around. Be careful of the monkeys tho!! Would definitely recommend for people looking for the calm away from the busy streets of Uluwatu!

Relaxing and beautiful homestay in the heart of Candidasa

Beautiful setting nice and peaceful in the heart of Candidasa. The food & drinks are also a lot more affordable then any of the other towns and cities in the south of Bali. The staff were very friendly and very courteous and welcoming. The pool was also nice overlooking the ocean. This place is good if you just want to relax and do absolutely nothing and lie by the pool drinking Bintang’s and cocktails all day.

The toilet didn’t flush properly and the hot water in the shower took forever to get warm sometimes not getting warm at all. The included breakfast was ok. Lunch and dinner menu better.

It was quite noisy as my room was the closest to the room. The villas are not very sound proof so I could hear the teenagers in the room next to me be annoying all day and night. It was also a bit dirty and mouldy

Privacy, location and staff all wonderful. Easy to rent a scooter from them, honest and reliable staff. Air conditioning is great, room size is large and clean

Rooms need a mini fridge, even a small update with a kitchenette would be great added addition.
