Padang Padang Inn

It was close to the high street and local shops, cafes and 5 minute walk to Padang Padang beach. Rooms were basic but comfortable.

The shower wasn’t super clean and they were a few plug sockets hanging out the wall. No WiFi password was offered - and information pack or more detail would be good.

Great location easy to get around 2 mins walk to Padang Padang beach Clean rooms Amazing swimming pool

All was good

Nice hotel in a good location, walking distance to Padang Padang beach and restaurants very close. We also walked to the edge of Bingin to Mexicola which wasn’t too far. The welcome for our anniversary was a lovely touch. Pool deck area still being renovated but will be nice when it’s finished. Breakfast is at the attached restaurant next door and you pick from a set menu, simple but good.

Can be very loud at night with Mad Monkey next door and noise travels in the hotel when people are walking around. We used ear plugs which worked well though. Bed was a bit springy and room quite small but the larger rooms in the newer building might be better.

Great central location, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The rooms were damp and musty, the bathroom had mould, and dirt fell out of the uncleaned ventilation fan. We found a black curly hair in a supposedly clean glass, the towels smelled unpleasant, and the bed linen had holes in it. The rooms need much better maintenance, especially considering the price. Breakfast at the neighbouring restaurant was very poor: the food was unbearably salty on the first morning, and the pancakes were burnt on the second. You can find much better accommodation for less money. We would not recommend this place.
