The hotel is really pretty, the pool and surrounding area is clean and well maintained. Our room was big and open plan, nicely decorated and put together. Our room was serviced everyday and always left clean. The staff reacted promptly to fixing the aircon and hot water when it didn’t work
There isn’t a bar or restaurant on site so if you wanted to grab food or drink whilst getting ready or around the pool, you were unable to. But there are shops close by so it’s not too much of a problem. The hot water and A/C didn’t work the first night but the staff fixed it the next day

Pool was beautiful. Room was very nicely decorated in traditional style. Gardens also lovely.
No coffee making facilities in room. No fridge. Shower not great. Poor water flow and not always hot. Little insulation from traffic noise in evening in tree house.
