An Absolutely Exceptional Stay – Beyond All Expectations! I honestly cannot praise this hotel enough. Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish, and our experience exceeded all expectations. The cleanliness deserves special recognition. I genuinely have no words to describe how immaculate everything was. Every single day, our room was thoroughly cleaned, beautifully tidied, and perfectly taken care of. Everything was always spotless, fresh, neat, and perfectly in place. The attention to detail is truly impressive, and you can tell that the team takes enormous pride in maintaining the highest standards. But what really made our stay unforgettable was the staff. Sudira, Kevin, Sudi, Ning, April, Sumarta, Andi, and Tarsi were all absolutely wonderful. Every interaction was warm, welcoming, and genuine. Their kindness, professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to go above and beyond made us feel truly special. They created such a lovely atmosphere and made us feel incredibly comfortable throughout our stay. The entire team deserves recognition for the outstanding service they provide. It is rare to find a place where every detail is taken care of so beautifully, from the impeccable cleanliness to the hospitality and the overall experience. This hotel is a true gem, and the people working here are what make it so special. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and we would return without a second thought. Everything is just amazing, nothing to dislike

The setting is gorgeous!!! The decor was stunning. A beautiful boutique hotel in a great location. The staff were amazing so friendly and always ready to assist us with anything especially Sudira.

Just the whole vibe i loved

Let me start with the positives. The pool area is really nice, and the location is excellent — if you like training at [gym name], spending time at Bingin Beach, or hopping between the cafes, everything is within walking distance, and there are a few shops close by. Unfortunately, my room had a persistent damp, musty smell from the moment I arrived. I aired it out often and kept the air con running, but the damp kept coming back, and some nights it felt like I was sleeping on semi-wet bedding. Even after I left, all of my clothes — including ones I never wore — carried that damp smell and had to be washed. I came close to leaving halfway through my stay, but pushed on because the reviews were so good. The real turning point was the last two days, when I had no hot water at all. I showered cold, reported it to the team, and it couldn’t be fixed. One staff member kindly walked me over to another building to shower, which I appreciated, but it was late at night and not what you expect. At this price point, I don’t think the rooms reflect what you’re paying for — there are plenty of places in Bali offering more for the same money. If the damp issue were sorted, this would be a wonderful stay, because the staff and location are hard to beat.
