Staff were so friendly and always happy and wanting to help in any way.
Bed was very comfortable and great to have air con.
Personally I prefer the pool to be cooler temperature for more refreshing feel but that is my personal preference and know it's not want everyone wants.
I would have liked my own kettle and mug in my room

Location was really great and staff super friendly. Nice pool to relax and you can feel the vibe of Bali in this place.

The staff were helpful and pleasent. Facilities were clean. Pool was clean.
There was no shower soap, nor conditioner provided, and the shared kitchen and coffee making facilities were not made aware to us until we enquired of any available services. Compared to to other forms of accomodation my wife and I have frequented in past years all over Bali and Indonesia, we found this one lacking in basic services for the price. especially when it is not as close to facilities as in other built up areas.
