A blissful little garden oasis in Uluwatu. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind.

A little oasis amongst busy streets of Uluwatu. A really convenient location being so close to Cashew Tree and Bingin Beach. It was really quiet of a night time which was bliss after busy days.

Not much to not like. Facilities are very basic but comfortable for the cost. During the day the neighbouring gym’s music got a bit much but we weren’t at the accomodation much during the day anyway.

The owner needs to renovate and take care of his staff better. It’s appalling. Couldn’t wait to leave.

You can’t even close a door as they are broken. Zero security. No details on anything. The room is like a hospital ward. I would NEVER recommend staying here. The owner needs to renovate. Unbelievable. I was so happy to leave….

Quite and relaxing

Staff are amazing and we were there with other family members

We extended our stay by 1 night and when we went to pay we didn’t have cash as the resort don’t have credit card facilities. This was the only negative for the property.

Very pleasant

Lovely simple room. Same comment as previous reviews the outdoor bathroom was a bit tired and could use some adjustments but the room was lovely with fan and aircon and the pool was very welcome. The Cashew Tree was terrific next door. We made sure we weren’t there on a Thursday evening because you could hear the music every day of the week from when it opened and there were lots of comments about avoiding live music on Thursdays.

So hard to find!! Tiny little sign on a wall - we drove around and around in the tiny lanes. Make sure you’ve got their phone number as the very frustrated taxi driver had to ring to get the staff to come and walk us to the back entrance.

So far the guest house is nice and clean.

I having a hard time to check in because there were no staff was present and the whatsapp number from Google can not be reach. I needed to ask to other guest to help me to check in. The room's air contioner also felt not cold. The shower was leaking so bad too and when they repairing it I can not used it for a while. So, please take this feedbacks and do some changes as I feel bad to other customers that will stay there.

Great

It's a small but adequate, comfortable room, with everything you need. Nice little property with only a handful of villas and a really nice pool. Staff are really nice too, and very helpful. Luck Fish is a good feed

The traffic in and out of Bingin is an absolute nightmare. It took at least an hour and 40 minutes to get there from the airport by car, and an hour to go to the airport on the back of one of the local scooter guys bikes. Not too comfortable after a while. But great fun zipping through the back streets. Luckily we only travel with small day packs. So make sure you allow plenty of time.

Very cute place with the loveliest staff and great location in Bingin

Very cute bungalow, comfortable and equipped with everything you may need. Pool area also very nice. The highlight are the staff who are very kind and accommodating.

Our first night we couldn’t sleep until midnight as Cashew Tree is right next door and their live music super loud.

The staff were absolutely beautiful. So lovely and made us and our 2 year old daughter very welcome. They kept things lovely and clean and it’s a great location tucked behind the cashew tree and easy to get to the beaches, shopping etc. Would stay here again. Unsafe, no privacy – serious issues that need addressing

I’m honestly not sure if we were placed in the worst room on the property or if previous guests haven’t been fully honest in their reviews—but our experience was deeply unsettling and unacceptable. When we arrived, the lockbox was already open and the key had been left in the door. The courtyard gate didn’t close properly, and the area had no lighting and exposed wires, meaning we had to use our phone torches at night to find the door lock. The bathroom door inside didn’t function properly, and there was a window in the courtyard that was only half covered—allowing us to see directly into someone else’s bathroom, raising even more privacy concerns. Most concerning of all: our bedroom had a large clear glass panel facing into a shared storage room, which connects to another property. At 4:00 AM, we were woken when someone turned on the light in that room. I saw a man enter, and through the open door, I could see another man sitting on a sofa in the connected space. I managed to take a photo showing the setup—including the man leaving the room—clearly showing the risk to guests’ privacy. The glass looks straight onto our bed. The storage room door was left open for hours, meaning anyone could look directly into our accommodation. The host later acknowledged in person that his friend had forgotten to close the door and said he understood why we were upset. However, no apology was offered. We checked out immediately and booked alternative accommodation. Booking.com has refunded us, but this property should not be listed in its current condition. I am only able to upload 4 photos but this was our worst stay in Bali !

Lovely bungalow in central location

Clean, neat, quiet, and just what you need. Lovely pool. We liked the little garden in front of the bungalow. Can easily walk to a couple of restaurants and little shops. Good size for the 3 of us. I loved the detail on the roofs, so lovely. Overall we were very satisfied!

Not a fault of the accommodation, but the music evening at Cashew Tree on Thursdays is quite loud till about midnight - earplugs helped :). Perhaps change the direction of the showerhead to point to the stones, then the spray onto the toilet will be less.

We love Bienvenue guest house! Have stayed here many times over the years & the location is amazing. Has such a beautiful homely, authentic feel. One of the staff mentioned it is expecting some renovations, please don't change it too much!! We love the character & beach shack vibe it has - there are so many boring white/cement soulless villas in Bali and we would hate for Bienvenue to loose it's charm! Also love how close it is to walk to the beach & to walk to our favourite cafe cashew tree.

Would recommend in the renovations that the bathroom area could do with an update as the shower points towards toilet so you always need to hold the shower head & bathroom door wasn't closing properly which meant a few mozzies got into our room at night

Location was good, close by to beaches, shopping and right next door to a delicious restaurant named Cashew Tree. Clean and cute. Private and nicely decorated. Comfortable beds. The pool was clean.

Cold shower and bad wifi. Would not recommend for a family of 4 to share one room.

Great location with it being walking distance to the famous cashew tree cafe. Outdoor shower and bathroom was cool Pool was very nice Beautifully maintained gardens

Very loud party at cashew tree Thursday night with music continuing until 11:30pm. (I believe this should be warned to guests prior to staying) Host changed check out time last minute to 11am whereas on booking.com it says 12pm. I didn’t mind as I needed to go but this may be an inconvenience to others.

Simple, clean and stylish hideaway on walking distance from the beach.

Simple yet stylish and clean modern bungalows on a small compound with beautiful garden. Lots of privacy due to the set up of the bungalows. Nice pool and good breakfast. Our kids loved the gineapigs.

On a dirt road with lots of water but we luckily discovered the shortcut so we could avoid getting dirty wet feet when walking to the beach.
