Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The villa itself was beautiful and very enjoyable. Overall, was a lovely stay and would recommend it to my friends and family

We stayed at Lyvin Villas for 8 nights. Our stay was superb. The Villa was beautiful. The service from the staff was excellent. They provided a buggy service around the area that was extremely helpful to make quick trips & pickups to restaurants and other locations like Bambu fitness. I would highly recommend a stay here.
We will likely come back again.

Property was beautiful in a great location and the golf buggy drop off and pick ups were amazing. Staff are amazing so attentive, nothing was a problem.
V4 Sun hits the top bedroom with the balcony and bedroom is extremely hot during the afternoon even with the air conditioning on. Could do with and awning.

Staff were great and location was good. Villas were well equipped and cleaned daily and also re stocked in evenings if required.
Our stay was sadly impacted by other guests staying in the complex that threatened to come and physically fight us. This was due to them claiming excessive noise at 6:30pm, even when the staff agreed our noise was not excessive. Whilst the staff did provide another villa option, it required us relocating mid stay with no compensation and still being in eyesight distance of the guests that threatened us. We were told the guests that threatened us would not have their stay impacted as they were "long term guests" and hence more important to their overall business.
