Lyvin Bingin Villas

Het was een prachtig ontworpen villa, een heerlijke fruitschaal en water e.d. als welkom. Eén wasmachine, altijd fijn. Heerlijke bedden en echt de ruimte. Douchen in bad ( vrij lage douche voor europese begrippen) Maar het grootste pluspunt is toch echt het personeel!! Ontzettend vriendelijk en lief! We hadden iets laten liggen en kreeg nog een appje. Ook werden we naar 911 kliniek gebracht met onze zoon, echt service!

Het zwembad voelde niet heel schoon.

Design magnifique de la villa Confort : literie et oreillers hyper confortables, à l exception des canapés qui sont très inconfortables Propreté incomparable à tous les autres établissements dans lesquels j ai séjourné Piscine hyper agréable et pas froide comme parfois dans certaines villas Personnel aux petits soins Tant pour le ménage deux fois par jour que pour l organisation du séjour Transport par buggy autour de la villa très appréciable Le rooftop ne sert pas à grand chose car très peu équipé Établissement Lyvin a recommander en tous points

Le manque de confort du salon et des canapés

The staff were amazing, they couldn’t do enough for us but we’re not intrusive in any way. The property was perfect, as was the area.

Nothing!

Staff were great and location was good. Villas were well equipped and cleaned daily and also re stocked in evenings if required.

Our stay was sadly impacted by other guests staying in the complex that threatened to come and physically fight us. This was due to them claiming excessive noise at 6:30pm, even when the staff agreed our noise was not excessive. Whilst the staff did provide another villa option, it required us relocating mid stay with no compensation and still being in eyesight distance of the guests that threatened us. We were told the guests that threatened us would not have their stay impacted as they were "long term guests" and hence more important to their overall business.
